I'm Wes Howard, a Nashville-based wedding officiant who's been marrying couples since 2012. Whether you're planning a full 200-person celebration or a quiet elopement for two, I create personalized, meaningful ceremonies that reflect who you are as a couple.
I take the time to truly get to know each couple I work with, so your ceremony feels like an honest reflection of who you are. That experience also means I handle every detail during the ceremony, so you and your soon-to-be spouse can just be fully present. No worrying about timing, cues, or what happens next, I've got it. You can just be in the moment.
I officiate non-religious, interfaith, and religious ceremonies, and perform vow renewals as well. Choose from two packages to fit your needs and budget, including one built specifically for elopements. Both full-ceremony packages include a consultation, a personalized ceremony script, the ceremony itself, and complete handling of your marriage license and travel arrangements.

I would recommend hiring Wes to anyone that is looking for an officiant. From the start of the process to the end, he was incredibly professional and helpful. He took the time in the interview process to get to know us and learn things about our past. He was punctual, informative and helped keep the nerves calm before and during the ceremony. The way he spoke, you would have thought he'd been a long time family friend. Throughout the reception after the ceremony, I had quite a few people come up to me and mention what an outstanding job he did. Thank you Wes for all you did!

We were so grateful to have Wes as our wedding officiant! From the moment we first spoke, he made us feel completely at ease. I was especially nervous about being the center of attention and speaking during the ceremony, but Wes went above and beyond to assure me that everything would go smoothly.

Wes did a fantastic job at our wedding! Our guests were very complimentary of him. He was prompt, kind, and took care of the marriage license paperwork for us afterwards. We would highly recommend him!
