That level of support made the entire planning process so much less stressful.
Our reception exceeded all expectations. Everything ran smoothly, beautifully, and effortlessly—allowing us to truly enjoy our special day. A very special shout-out to Jessica, who went above and beyond in coordinating everything. She constantly checked on me in the bridal suite, made sure I was comfortable, and even ensured that my husband and I actually had time to eat (which every couple knows is HUGE!).

This was our first venue my husband and I visited when we were looking for a place for our wedding and we fell IN LOVE with it we didn't look anywhere else. It was the best day we could have asked for thanks to the amazing people at Sterling Hills!

Review is definitely overdue. Sarah made planning a wedding with them absolutely a breeze. They took all the guess work and stress out of planning process so all my husband and I had left to worry about was planning our honeymoon. We really appreciated that they had events to meet their vendors in person (photographers, bakers, florists, officiants, literally everyone and everything we needed to check off!) We definitely recommend Sterling Hills to friends and family who are currently searching for venues.

We LOVED our wedding at Wedgwood. I’m a type A bride & they helped my vision come to life without stress day off. The team is fabulous and very communicative. Vendors were all A+ and people continuously say our wedding was one of the best they attended! Great value as well - easily half of what we would have spent in Ventura county elsewhere.

Food was AMAZING - we got compliments all night and enjoyed it ourselves. Open bar was well worth it and our friends loved the bar tender! At the end of the night, the banquet captain gave us a Togo box that was so sweet! Loved every person there.

My husband and I knew we wanted to find a venue that was all inclusive, but also flexible on what we did and did not want/need. WW sterling hills was our gold mine. From the day I reached out, I was communicated with and supported through every question, thought, and idea. The girls at WW Sterling Hills were incredible. They made the wedding planning process not only easily, but fun. I had several pre wedding meetings to go over different options and details, leading up to the big day. The pricing was extremely doable and realistic, and they had options for ways to pay leading up to the wedding, so we did not feel overwhelmed or broke (which is easy to feel when paying for a wedding sometimes!). I was able to add and take away things up until the last month, and there were no hidden fees. Everything was explained, laid out, and transparent. I was nervous I wouldn't be able to drop my decor off the day before due to another wedding, but the girls made it doable and made sure I was not stressed out! The day of the wedding everything went perfect. We had a Halloween/spooky wedding and had all of the decor to bring that idea to life! (and the girls totally raised my confidence through the excitement they also felt at our theme which made it even more fun). They had everything set up in the bridal suite for me and my party, had others working on setting up the decor I brought (they NAILED it!), had staff helping my husband and guests, and not once did I feel overwhelmed, nervous, or frustrated. I had an idea of what I wanted my dining area to look like, decor wise, and I let the girls know this. I also had pictures I had taken with a mock set up of my decor, to help them see what I was wanting. For a few decor pieces I had, I did not know where I wanted them and told the girls to use it how they saw fit. You guys, when I say they decorated this dining room PERFECTLY, I mean it. They took my requests and went above and beyond. It was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say I would not have changed one thing about my wedding (maybe the temperature, but that was not Wedge Wood's doing, ha!). Everything went seamless on the day of our wedding. Every staff member knew exactly what to do and when to do it. In our package we included their DJ, bakery, uplighting, and open bar. All of the vendors we included through WW were incredible and very professional. We upgraded our dinner menu and had two main entrees, two salad options, 6 sides (including a vegetarian pasta), and this included 3 hot and 3 cold appetizers. Everything was delicious. We still get told over a year later how delicious the food was. At the end of the night, they packaged up the leftover appetizers and sent them with us. The staff that work at WW Sterling Hills love what they do, and that was seen from day one of my experience with them. I will forever recommend Wedge Wood Sterling Hills to anyone and everyone, and will forever be thankful to the beautiful wedding day they helped me create and achieve!

This all-inclusive venue went above and beyond! We literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All around, everything was fantastic!

0 complaints! The staff was great and attentive to our vision. The venue was beautiful and great for photos. The venue allowed a lot of flexibility for specific wants such as a cigar bar and photo booth. The dj was awesome and kept our dance floor packed for start to finish. The bar staff was amazing considering the amount of guests we had the lines were never long. We are very very very pleased!!!

Absolutely loved this venue. Booked my wedding in 3 months and everything turned out beautiful and stress free! If I had the chance to repeat my wedding day I would do do it with Wedgewood!
