This was our first venue my husband and I visited when we were looking for a place for our wedding and we fell IN LOVE with it we didn't look anywhere else. It was the best day we could have asked for thanks to the amazing people at Sterling Hills!

Review is definitely overdue. Sarah made planning a wedding with them absolutely a breeze. They took all the guess work and stress out of planning process so all my husband and I had left to worry about was planning our honeymoon. We really appreciated that they had events to meet their vendors in person (photographers, bakers, florists, officiants, literally everyone and everything we needed to check off!) We definitely recommend Sterling Hills to friends and family who are currently searching for venues.

We LOVED our wedding at Wedgwood. I’m a type A bride & they helped my vision come to life without stress day off. The team is fabulous and very communicative. Vendors were all A+ and people continuously say our wedding was one of the best they attended! Great value as well - easily half of what we would have spent in Ventura county elsewhere.

Food was AMAZING - we got compliments all night and enjoyed it ourselves. Open bar was well worth it and our friends loved the bar tender! At the end of the night, the banquet captain gave us a Togo box that was so sweet! Loved every person there.

My husband and I knew we wanted to find a venue that was all inclusive, but also flexible on what we did and did not want/need. WW sterling hills was our gold mine. From the day I reached out, I was communicated with and supported through every question, thought, and idea. The girls at WW Sterling Hills were incredible. They made the wedding planning process not only easily, but fun. I had several pre wedding meetings to go over different options and details, leading up to the big day. The pricing was extremely doable and realistic, and they had options for ways to pay leading up to the wedding, so we did not feel overwhelmed or broke (which is easy to feel when paying for a wedding sometimes!). I was able to add and take away things up until the last month, and there were no hidden fees. Everything was explained, laid out, and transparent. I was nervous I wouldn't be able to drop my decor off the day before due to another wedding, but the girls made it doable and made sure I was not stressed out! The day of the wedding everything went perfect. We had a Halloween/spooky wedding and had all of the decor to bring that idea to life! (and the girls totally raised my confidence through the excitement they also felt at our theme which made it even more fun). They had everything set up in the bridal suite for me and my party, had others working on setting up the decor I brought (they NAILED it!), had staff helping my husband and guests, and not once did I feel overwhelmed, nervous, or frustrated. I had an idea of what I wanted my dining area to look like, decor wise, and I let the girls know this. I also had pictures I had taken with a mock set up of my decor, to help them see what I was wanting. For a few decor pieces I had, I did not know where I wanted them and told the girls to use it how they saw fit. You guys, when I say they decorated this dining room PERFECTLY, I mean it. They took my requests and went above and beyond. It was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say I would not have changed one thing about my wedding (maybe the temperature, but that was not Wedge Wood's doing, ha!). Everything went seamless on the day of our wedding. Every staff member knew exactly what to do and when to do it. In our package we included their DJ, bakery, uplighting, and open bar. All of the vendors we included through WW were incredible and very professional. We upgraded our dinner menu and had two main entrees, two salad options, 6 sides (including a vegetarian pasta), and this included 3 hot and 3 cold appetizers. Everything was delicious. We still get told over a year later how delicious the food was. At the end of the night, they packaged up the leftover appetizers and sent them with us. The staff that work at WW Sterling Hills love what they do, and that was seen from day one of my experience with them. I will forever recommend Wedge Wood Sterling Hills to anyone and everyone, and will forever be thankful to the beautiful wedding day they helped me create and achieve!

This all-inclusive venue went above and beyond! We literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All around, everything was fantastic!

The venue allowed a lot of flexibility for specific wants such as a cigar bar and photo booth. The dj was awesome and kept our dance floor packed for start to finish. The bar staff was amazing considering the amount of guests we had the lines were never long. We are very very very pleased!!!

Our experience with Wedgewood Sterling Hills was amazing! We had such a wonderful evening and our guests had a great time.
I really appreciated how genuinely caring their team is. Ashley, Jennifer & Kendalyn were energetic and upbeat through the whole process. We always got a quick response to every email & text. Kendalyn coordinated our rehearsal and wedding day, and I loved that she was so organized and also kept the evening fun. The entire staff was very attentive and checking in if we needed anything so we totally got to relax & enjoy our day. They also helped us incorporate our puppy into the ceremony which was very special for us! Everyone loved him!
We really liked how flexible their different packages are. It was great also that you are able to select some external vendors which most places don’t allow. They even helped us find a churro cart vendor that was wonderful! They made our ideas and diy decorations come out better than we imaged. Their vendors there are also amazing and because they are so familiar with the venue and work together often they had many great suggestions and tips. Their vendor Kasey from Sweet Peas flowers had ideas we would never thought of on how to set up our flowers. Their DJ Robin was excellent and helped us work out all the technical details for setting up the sound system for singers in our ceremony. They were both super fun and so great to work with. We feel so blessed to have gotten to meet such amazing people! Very highly recommended!

The entire Wedgewood team was awesome. From start to finish they were professional, communicated well, and I felt like everyone honestly cared about my wedding. The packages are affordable and extremely customizable as well; you're not required to use "their" vendors except for food/beverages, which is rare for most places. As a Type-A person, I really enjoyed being able to be "hands off" knowing that my wedding was in excellent hands. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for an amazing wedding experience.

I was so relieved to find Sterling Hills & the Wedgewood team. I felt I could have the wedding I wanted without the stress or the price tag. Their business is putting on weddings, Their professionalism, organization, and gentle understanding of all our unique needs made me feel so comfortable to have our wedding there. So much was organized by the whole team, I felt 100% comfortable I did not have to overnight become a professional wedding planner just to host our big day. It was also an immense relief to be able to have such a gorgeous wedding without the huge expense that you might think comes with it. I would recommend Wedgewood — and especially the whole Sterling Hills team — to anyone who wants to plan a wedding easily without the stress. It is amazing value.

This was the first place we chose to view for venues. I am impressed with how quick they were at responding to us and getting us in immediately for a tour. I love that they work with you based on your budget and are able to build an all inclusive package designed specifically to your needs ! The facility was gorgeous. I even recommended a friend who is also in the works of planning to go see the place. Best bang for your buck so to speak. They take away all the stressful parts of wedding planning and make the process a pleasurable one!

If you're looking for a place that does it all, this is it. We chose this vendor because they will literally take care of everything for you. They include everything from cake and invitations to the officiant and "night of" accommodations. You also have the option to custom make your package by including somethings and not others. For example I got my cake through them but my flowers elsewhere.

Planning a wedding is a lot of work and can get frustrating at times; however, everyone who helped us out at this location made that so much easier in every way.

My now husband and I got married here two weeks ago and couldn't be happier that we got to choose Wedgewood Sterling Hills. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff was very nice and friendly. I sent e-mails and they would replied right away, all my questions and concerns were answered.
We scheduled our date beginnings of 2017... and no matter how much time we had in between, everything worked out perfect!

Compared to other venues we looked at, Wedgewood was easy to work with, the packages they offer were very flexible, and they were reasonably priced.

I wish I could give 6 stars. I recently got married here and I cannot even describe how great of an experience it was. When we got engaged, we lived in a different state and they were so helpful through the entire process. It’s super affordable and you don’t have to worry about 3rd party vendors.
The day of the wedding, my wedding coordinator, Jessica, and the floor manager, Corey, were absolutely amazing. I didn’t have to stress about anything other than the important stuff.
Also, the food was incredible and that’s super important to us.
I think that this is the best way of wedding planning and everyone should do it.

Amazing wedding day all because of my venue. They had excellent coordinators, dj service, staff, even their bartender was perfect! Loved everything about my wedding mostly all due to my venue and their awesome coordinators Jessica and Torrie.

The whole team at Wedgewood Sterling Hills was absolutely amazing to work with. After my husband first proposed I knew I didn't want to have a 5 year engagement so I quickly began to do my research on anything wedding related. I quickly realized just how complicated and overwhelming the whole wedding planning process would be. I started looking for venues and that led to looking for vendors and I noticed just how quickly everything was adding up and how expensive it could get. While googling 'inexpensive weddings' I came across the website for Wedgewood Banquets and began to read and watch the videos they have. It seemed too good to be true but I called and made an appointment to meet with Tori at the Sterling Hills Golf Club in Camarillo. Upon arriving, Tori met us with the most warmest and sincerest of smiles and we began chatting and just getting to know each a bit. Since I had studied the website and all the packages well she didn't have to go through them with us because I already knew which one would work best for us. One of the things I loved the most was that they have all inclusive packages that are totally customizable. We could add or take away any feature we wanted. Tori was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process. Always there to answer any question I had or to address any concerns. She was always super nice and sweet; patient and an absolute delight to work with. She made the whole process easy and fun and I did not stress one bit about any details because I knew she was taking care of everything. Our wedding was everything I had hoped for and more. I had the time of my life enjoying every minute of it. Corey, our banquet captain, made sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole night. Thanks to him we ate, drank and had so much fun. DJ Pablo was the best too. He had everyone dancing the whole night. I have the best memories from our wedding day and it's all thanks to everyone at Wedgewood. You guys are the best!!!

Wedgewood Ventura made our beach wedding dream become a reality! Living out of state and on a budget finding a venue that would do an all-inclusive beach wedding at an affordable cost was stressful. Luckily after meeting the team and seeing what they had to offer, we knew they were the right choice. I only met with them twice in person but they were very accommodating for out of state couples. They had a checklist to follow and everything was very organized. They also had great communication and almost always answered my e-mails/phone calls right away. My only issue was that I added on a wedding coordinator which I don't think was worth the money in my opinion. She did an okay job with the rehearsal but day of I barely saw her. She did a great job of setting everything out but she didn't mention we would have to hurry and clean up right after the wedding. So for day of coordination I would look elsewhere. Other than that the vendors I had through them for the food, cake, DJ, and ministry services were excellent. The photo-booth was also a lot of fun and worth the extra money :)

I attended one of my best friend's wedding here back in March of 2016 and had an absolute blast. Jenna (the bride) had nothing but amazing things to say about the Wedgewood team so now it is my turn to get married and since my fiance didn't attend my friends wedding, all he knows is what we were able to see when we stopped by. We didn't make an appointment and decided to just walk around since we only had a few minutes but I really wanted to show my fiance so we were okay with just popping in and doing a quick snoop around. He fell in love so I cant wait to schedule a formal tour after the holidays and book our wedding date!

I recently booked my wedding date at Wedgewood Sterling Hills. Tori and Amanda were the girls helping me out. They have been amazing and both so friendly! I was so overwhelmed in the beginning, but after speaking with them, they helped make things so much easier for me! I love the all inclusiveness that Wedgewood has to offer and I'm so excited for my wedding next year!

I can not speak enough for this venue! Wedgewood Ventura was absolutely amazing!!! I have to admit, when we started looking at venues we were looking at "value" opposed to "glamorous/high end". Turns out, we got both! The day was perfect! Alyssa was an absolute blessing!!! She helped me plan the entire way through. We are from Texas and I was stressed about planning from out of state and Alyssa took the stress right out! With her quick responses (usually same day) and helpful advice, the day was spectacular! I had my wedding on the beach there the end of July. Alyssa was amazing the entire process and made sure that everything went very smoothly day of. I got so many compliments on everything but especially the food. Overall Wedgewood was a great venue and made my wedding day amazing :)

We had Tori as our coordinator from the venue - she was amazing all throughout the process of planning. She was extremely patient with us as we were making decisions and changing our minds constantly, she was very responsive on the phone or by email, and always enthusiastic, kind, and happy for us which made the wedding planning fun and minimally stressful. In the days leading to the wedding, she was very accommodating for all of our DIY décor which took up half of her office. Could not be happier!!! Our wedding on May 7th was everything we could have ever dreamt of from the very begging planning stages, all the way to the very last dance! Alyssa and Lexi were always so quick to answer any questions and made planning the wedding such a breeze!

We had our wedding at the beach (surfers knoll) and reception at the golf course. None of my guest had any problems with parking, or getting to and from both locations. The ceremony and reception space were absolutely incredible! The bridal suite was also a huge plus accommodating 12 of us with plenty of room. We received multiple competents about how incredible the food was (including the cake which also looked amazing!) and how friendly the staff was as well. I gave our florest a little bit of free range by only requesting certain shades of blue and no roses. Our floral arch and center pieces turned out absolutely amazing!

I never expected that planning a wedding would be so easy and stress free. Everything was perfect!

We just recently had our our wedding here. It was everything that we had hoped for. I love the fact that the wedding coordinator helps in every way possible. They calmed our nerves and answered any questions we had right away. Our DJ, Pablo knew exactly how to keep the party going. He played every song on our list and kept the vibe going with similar music based on what we chose. We highly recommend him. Our banquet captain Alex was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure we had drinks and anything else we might need. The food is amazing. We recommend buffet style because all of our guests kept getting up for more food! I loved the fact that they cut our cake for us and served all of our guests versus guests getting up to make a line. Our photographer Blendi took amazing photos and we love how they turned out. We will forever be grateful to Wedgewood of Ventura for our beautiful wedding and beautiful memories. This is the place for a dream wedding.

HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE! I just had my wedding in March and I have to say I cannot be happier with the way it turned out, it was perfect thanks to Wedgewood. The service is great all the staff was soo good to us and our guests. The vendors had just what I wanted, from the DJ (DJ Pablo!) to the flowers and cake. Also the food, my guests still talk about how good the food was. Do the buffet, you get lots of choices and they are all delicious. I have to say that I am so thankful for the coordinators as well, Alyssa and Lexi helped bring my ideas to life. There was a point where I thought I was all over the place with my plans, but when I met up with Alyssa on our final meeting, I felt a HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders because she had everything we needed on point. The girl's were so helpful the day of too, I did not have to worry about a thing. I am so happy I went with Wedgewood, I would not have had it any other way. P.S. they accommodated 180 guests and it was perfect!

If I could recommend any one venue to get married at I would recommend wedgewood sterling hills!!! This place is absolutely beautiful for a wedding location and the staff is so attentive. Amanda was there for me every step of the way, and if I had any questions I would get answers within an hour or two. It was such a relief to know they were always there to help any time I needed a quick answer. They made planning the best wedding I could a breeze!!

And on the day of the wedding Amanda was above and beyond all expectations. Checking on me in the bridal room to make sure everything was going well, offering water and coffee and mimosas for the morning, just being there to keep me updated... I couldn't stress enough just how relaxed and calm she helped me to be. Then when it was time for the wedding it went on without a hitch! The staff was amazing, they kept checking in with me and the groom to make sure we were comfortable and always had a full glass! The dj pablo was amazing, the bar tender was great, the food was super yummy and the venue was decorated perfectly! This staff is the dream team of weddings and I can only hope every bride's day of experience was just as good as mine! Wedgewood Sterling Hills helped me have the wedding of my dreams, and it will forever be the best day of my life. I have guests from the wedding tell me it was the best wedding they have been too in a long time, and I can't help but think it was 100% the staff who made it that way. For us, we had been putting off our wedding planning for months because we weren't happy with any of the venues that we found. We had been pouring over the internet trying to find the right balance of beautiful, inclusive, but all well within our budget and many venues were quoting over our budget just for the reception.
Wedgewood Sterling Hills made everything so simple, so easy, and so hassle free. You can choose to just have them take care of everything (all you need to worry about is your dress and tux and wedding favors) or you can actually opt in on doing the fun stuff, like centerpieces and decorations.
We had Tori and Amanda coordinating our wedding and they were incredibly fast in responding to our questions and even when it came down to the wire, they were able to help us with last minute requests, which took the worry off of us!
We had Nick as our Head Waiter who took care of the night for us, and Pablo as our DJ (Yes, DJ is included in the package!) and they were just as amazing. For the price that we paid, our guests would have never guessed it was so affordable!
And just to prove how awesome they are, my roommate was getting married as well and she saw how stressed she was and how stressed I wasn't, she went and canceled all her previous reservations and went with Wedgewood as well!

I had such a great experience at Sterling Hills and the Wedgewood staff. This was the most magical special day of my life. Everyone tells me horror stories about their wedding day and I had nothing to worry about if anything went wrong I would have never known because everyone took care of everything. From calming my nerves to making sure everything ran smoothly. I would highly recommend wedgewood to anyone and of course Sterling Hills!!!!

I held my wedding on August 6, 2016 at Wedgewood Ventura. We opted for a ceremony on the beach (surfer's knoll) and the reception back at the golf course (Buenaventura).

Planning was a breeze and they offered a vendor for mostly everything. We decided to hire a lot of our own vendors and the venue did an amazing job accommodating them.

I booked the venue in October of 2015 and at the time, the ceremony location on the beach was in a different location. Keep in mind when planning a beach wedding that nature doesn't care about your wedding and in our case, the original ceremony space was washed away leaving us perched in front of the beach parking lot. I thought that this would be a huge issue, but it actually was a blessing in disguise. Being closer to the parking lot made it much easier for guests to find the ceremony and walk a shorter distance on the beach. My guests still reported that it was the most beautiful wedding ceremony even though we experienced some uncommon August wind.
I was also extremely concerned that my guests wouldn't be able to find parking. Guests arriving at 5:30 for our 6pm wedding had absolutely no trouble finding parking.

Our wedding coordinator was Alyssa, she did an incredible job keeping me calm and on track.

The reception space was perfect, we had plenty of room for our 130 guests. Get the uplighting package, it completes the space and makes everything look absolutely stunning. I was so so so worried when they told me that there was not a tasting for our dinner. If you feel the same, trust me it turned out delicious. I had a hard time sitting down to take a bite (brides are soooooo busy), but what I ate was amazing and the guests LOVED it, they said that it was the best wedding food they have had. One of my guests plans massive 500 people gatherings and has tasted catering companies from all over Los Angeles, she stated that the food was the best banquet food she has ever tried.

The whole wedgewood staff was amazing. Their attentiveness and response time was impeccable. We mainly dealt with Tori who was there to answer every email we had. They do not offer a tasting, which I was a little nervous about, but thankfully we were very pleased with how good everything was. On the day of, they were so helpful and there every step from the ceremony and reception. Our guests were all so pleased at the level of service they were given. I would definitely recommend wedgewood to anyone who is looking for a less stressful experience.

Alyssa and the Wedgewood Ventura team made our wedding day a dream come true. We had our ceremony on the beach, and our reception at their Buenaventura Golf Course Banquet Center and both were INCREDIBLE. They met our budget, and still found a way to give us everything we wanted. (And our guest count was 150, so it wasn't small by any means.) Their food was incredible, our guests couldn't stop raving about it. The whole Wedgewood staff was so professional. We used their florist Roni, who was so talented! She made everything beautiful. DJ robin was awesome, and their photo booth was amazing too. They cared about every detail, made the process so smooth, and really brought our vision to life for our special day. We literally didn't do a thing on our wedding day because Alyssa and her team had it covered. I can't say it enough how flawless this whole process was with them, and how perfect our wedding was. I highly recommend Wedgewood to everyone!!!

We just had our wedding at Wedgewood Sterling Hills last week (2/29/16) and the entire experience was amazing. From the beginning, planning our wedding couldn't have been any easier. They helped us stay organized with a Wedding Book. Their wedding packages were the easiest to understand and most inclusive. That was actually the number one reason why I booked with Wedgewood and it really made planning a breeze.

We went with their "Gold" package, that included: Ceremony site, reception hall, custom invitations, custom cocktail napkins, custom champagne glasses, champagne toast, 6 appetizers, 2 entree dinner, wine, floral centerpieces, personalized cake, and one night hotel stay for the bride and groom. They also included the wedding coordinator as part of an off-season special, and we added a hosted bar and photobooth.

The ceremony site was exactly what I was looking for, a perfect little gazebo with a luscious green landscape behind. There were also several beautiful photo spots behind the banquet center, including a water fountain and a small hill.

Ordering invitations was easy with their website.

We selected 6 appetizers, the highlight for me was the chicken jerk skewers. We had a plated meal that was delicious! We requested steak, garlic chicken and red potatoes. Everything tasted great!

Everyone at Wedgewood was so helpful in getting all the details for our wedding just right. DJ Pablo had no problem with our odd music requests, A Gift of Taste bakery provided a delicious and beautiful cake to match our board games theme, our coordinator Tori was wonderful at helping us plan and keeping the event running smoothly, the banquet captain Nick took over once the reception started and was very attentive and polite, he did a great job keeping the reception moving.

I wanted to have a wedding on the date we were married through court. It was really important that I received that date, since Valentine's Day is in the winter I wanted something in doors. From the very beginning Wedgewood Sterling Hills was amazing. They have customized packages that you can add or take off. The fact that was a option made planning so much easier. Our wedding is next month but I know for a fact it's going to be amazing. This venue has everything for everyone, at every price budget. My package was the gold package and it included the cake, dinner, the venue, the up lighting, and it also included my flowers...literally everything and they set up and take down everything so all you have to do is show up. My husband loved the look very elegant and classy and all so romantic the only thing I didnt like was the size of the dance floor but hey you call always move the tables back if you wanted.

We got married here 10/25/15 and it was absolutely magical!! Shannon, Tori, and every single staff member, including our banquet captain, absolutely blew us away with their enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the entire planning process, and all the way to the last dance.

When my fiance and I first got engaged and were looking at wedding venues in the LA area, we were quite disheartened with our options, given our budget. When I saw the ad for Wedgewood, at first I wondered if it was a scam because the prices were so good and the photos looked so lovely. But I set up an appointment anyway, and was impressed from the very first meeting. The staff is enthusiastic and warm and really took care of us, always responding quickly and gladly to any and all questions that came up.

After looking around at other vendors, we also realized that the ones partnered with Wedgewood were high quality and extremely fairly priced. Ultimately, we did end up going with an outside photographer (Samantha Turchin -- who we loved), and an outside florist (Exotic Green Garden -- who we also loved), and we had a friend DJ (although in retrospect that would probably have gone more smoothly if we'd hired a Wedgewood professional).

The venue was classy. The Camarillo location was gorgeous. The food was good, especially compared with most banquet food I've had elsewhere. We were treated like royalty. Even when I was running a little late, the staff did not let me stress, but instead calmed my nerves and reminded me that this day was all about me and my soon-to-be husband.

Before booking here, an acquaintance who'd gotten married here said she loved it so much she wished she could do it all over again. I totally know how she feels!! Thanks to the professionalism and quality of Wedgewood Sterling Hills, our wedding day was stress free and perfect. We had so much fun!!

We had such an amazing experience at Wedgewood Ventura! The staff is just amazing and is very helpful and on top of things during the reception and planning. I couldn't have chosen a better venue. My husband and I had our beach wedding/reception with Wedgewood on 9/19/2015. It was by far the best decision we could have ever made for ourselves! Well me at least, since we all know the brides take on every last detail which includes stress. Luckily, the staff at Wedgewood was only a phone call or email away. They always responded within minutes to my annoying questions. The have this whole process of weddings down to a "T". They really know exactly what they are doing, and pay attention to your every word. They really know how to go above and beyond to satisfy their clients. They sent me my wedding binder, and made sure I was organized for my wedding planning. I am just so thankful to Renae as she was with me through the whole journey, and she really brought my fantasy to life. She was there for every last detail and she was there the day of to make sure everything went smoothly and on time. The reception was great, and the photo booth was a definite hit! The food was amazing. Although I wasn't able to each much, all the guest were raving about the delicious food! Thank goodness we added bar time to our package! Everyone had a blast. And the food staff was so attentive to each and every one of us at the reception! Thank you! A Gift of Taste was great as well. They were really took my cake vision (pinterest) and brought it to life! Thanks to everyone over at Wedgewood! And a special thanks to Renae @ Wedgewood who brought gave me peace during my bridezilla moments.

We loved this venue! Our wedding was fabulous and they literally took care of everything! I can't thank them enough for giving us such a stress-free day. We had our ceremony on the beach, and back to the golf course for reception. Food was AMAZING, we had the Chicken with white wine sauce... we can't stop talking it. Overall it was a wonderful experience and so glad we choice them.

Wedgewood at sterling hills was wonderful!! The venue itself is beautiful! We went to a friends wedding there about 4 years ago and knew right then that someday that would be our venue. I wanted to save money and my fiancé didn't care how much it cost, he wanted a nice fancy wedding. With the options they offer we were able to do both! We had a winter wedding (85 degrees in March... Brrr!) that saved us a whole bunch. And on top of that we decided on a Friday night (another big money saver) which worked amazing because all of our out of state family got to stay in town and enjoy the weekend.

Wedgewood was amazing! Their staff was so helpful and on top of everything. I was worried because you don't get to taste their food before you choose your dinner menu. We got the carved beef and BBQ chicken and it was delicious! As the bride and groom we definitely felt like royalty!! And all our guest loved the venue and the food! For all the brides and grooms who want a beautiful venue with outstanding service but don't want to pay an arm and a leg, Wedgewood at Sterling Hills!!!

Wedgewood in Ventura is AMAZING!! They were great to work with, reasonable in price, and friendly. The Ventura location offers a beach ceremony, which is beautiful. The food is delicious. My wife and I just recently had our wedding at Wedgewood Sterling Hills and could not be more pleased with our wedding day. We signed the contract 13 months before our wedding and those 13 months, not one thing was stressful. The Sales department was very nice and understandable about things that we had to get done from 3000 miles away. Everything was emailed and phone conversated in a timely manner and created no stress at all. The venue is beautiful and in the perfect location. The personnel associated with our wedding were the best we could have asked for. From the Bartender to the DJ to the caterers. The price was worth it with everything included in one price. We wish we could re-live our wedding day over and over and it is all thanks to Wedgewood Sterling Hills. I 100% recommend this to anybody getting married, to contact Wedgewood and if your close to Sterling Hills, Contact Jessica, she is very helpful and friendly and understandable.

Sterling Hills in Camarillo exceeded our expectations for our outdoor ceremony and reception. Jessica and Shannon were very accomodating and helped to alleviate some of the stress that comes with planning a wedding all the way up until it was time to walk down the aisle. Our banquet captain Ashley took care of our every need and all of our guests told us what a beautiful and memorable wedding we had and we couldn't have picked a more perfect venue!..Everyone who had a hand in helping us with this joyous day is awesome and we owe it all to them!

We had our wedding at WW on 7/27/14. It was just about perfect. Jessica and Shannon were awesome in helping with the details and responding to e-mails. Robin was an amazing DJ and honored all of our requests and musical choices (no modern pop). Wes was a superb banquet captain. He was very attentive to us as well as the guests. We had two minor issues, but nothing that wasn't accommodated- the AC wasn't working in the bridal suite, but they helped us set up a space in the reception hall and we got our hair and makeup done there. It wasn't ideal, but wasn't bad either. We had an ice cream sundae bar instead of a cake and there was a mixed up in the topping we wanted, but they sent someone to the store to get the missing topping. We were lucky enough to not have a wedding before ours and were allowed to be on site early to set up our tables, decor, and flowers. Even with the minor glitches, our day was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything better (especially since we were mostly doing the wedding for our parents, rather than ourselves). We were both glad we had the event and would use WW over and over again. Thank you!

I was planning a destination wedding (I'm located in the bay area and this venue is in Ventura, 5hrs away) and the staff at Wedgewood made it extremely easy. They responded to every silly email in the same day, often within just an hour of sending it and never made me feel like I was bothering them with questions. The staff was very helpful in the planning process and had great recommendations for other vendors- we used almost everyone on their list! Our package included a Wedding Day Coordinator and I'm so happy Renae was there to help make sure everything went smooth... our day was perfect!

Wedgewood was a fabulous venue for our wedding! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and pretty much take care of everything which makes planning your wedding much less stressful. They are also very affordable and worked perfectly for our budget as my husband and I paid for our wedding ourselves. Everyone who was contracted with Wedgewood were equally amazing and friendly and everything, to my delight, went off without any problems.

We got married on May 4, 2014 at Surfer Knolls Beach and had our reception at San BuenaVentura Golf Course. The service provided by Shannon and Tori was absolutely amazing. Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center at Buenaventura Golf Course is the best venue! I had a very limited budget and not only did they work with me and create a special package for me they created an experience for me and my guests that felt and looked like I spent a fortune!
The food was amazing... everyone still comments about it!
The set up and atmosphere was breathtaking and Robin Sanford our DJ (which is included with their services) was the best DJ ever! Not only did she KNOW what I wanted to hear she kept the whole night flowing effortlessly! I will definitely recommend her services for EVERYTHING!
The whole staff was very accommodating and Alex, our personal server, always made sure we had drinks and was taken care of.

All the ladies in the office answered all my questions throughout all the planning and Shannon was so attentive the day of and had everything handled.

I wish I could relive my day forever and ever and I wouldn't change a thing!

Wes and Sean were just AMAZEBALLS! They were so attentive and always kept my husband and I with a full drink at our sweetheart table. I am so glad that I chose to have my wedding at Sterling Hills...the experience and the ease of that day was just awesome. I had forgotten a few wedding things in the sales office and Wes and Sean ran to get them for me when I realized that I didn't have them (cake knife, cake to go boxes). The venue looked beautiful and I received so many compliments on how great the place looked. My wedding is a day I will not soon forget and the Sterling Hills team made it that much more wonderful. I will definitely, without hesitation, recommend Sterling Hills to all my friends/family for any future wedding/event they may have.

Where to start. We got married at the Sterling Hills location and from day one of planning, which was only four months, things went perfect with them. Honestly I'm not sure anything I say can really explain how amazing my wedding was there. The only word that comes to mind is perfect. Our day went off without a hitch, our coordinators were amazing and super accommodating, the food, cake, set up and just the overall experience was perfect. I have had nothing but raving compliments since and that's saying a lot coming from my family who finds a fault in everything. They are very affordable and do all inclusive packages. I did a lot of inclusions but certain things like centerpieces I chose to do on my own cause I am a D.I.Y. girl. I also had my own photographer because he was a friend and I love his photos. Please consider them it will truly be an unforgettable event.

They turned our wedding into a dream. My wife and I just had our wedding there over two weeks ago. I couldn't ask for a better venue and staff to work with. Jessica and Shannon were amazing. Wes and the rest of the banquet staff did a wonderful job during our reception. They are such an amazing team. Most of my friends drink Stella beer, but Sterling Hills doesn't caryy it. The Wedgewood in Ventura does though. SO, THEY MADE SURE THEY BROUGHT IT OVER FROM VENTURA. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The bartender even kept a case for me on the side. That's a very thoughtful bar tender. They work very hard at their jobs and it shows. Weddings are very stressful, but they didn't even cause any stress or drama. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! No hidden fees, everything is laid out for you. Our guests had nothing but compliments about the food and the venue. The appetizers were wonderful. I suggest the Ahi-Tuna. So happy we chose Wedgewood Sterling Hills as our wedding venue. When you hear from your wife you made her dream come true during the wedding, you know your wedding is magical. This location is great! The Ventura ceremony location looks as though you are on an island somewhere and the reception area at night is amazing. Our wedding was perfect and their staff was amazing, making sure that the reception and ceremony was set up exactly as we envisioned it and they pulled it off. I would recommend them to anyone that is getting married. We did this to one co-worker and they liked the location in Ventura so much they booked their wedding there as well for next year.

I will never be able to properly describe how helpful Wedgewood was during my wedding. Not only did they promptly answer every tiny question I had a long the way, but they were amazing the day of the wedding. I was so relieved as they held my hand through everything. My husband and i agree that wedgewood was simply amazing. Erika and jessica are so sweet and a pleasure to work with. They handle everything. I can't express how wonderful they made our day. Rev. Ken craft was the perfect person to marry us. The ceremony had everybody laughing and crying..he has such a way with words. Alex and kimberly were so friendly and attentive the both made sure everybody was taken care of.. it was sooooo awesome and julien the dj was the best... he worked it... played everything i wanted and kept us dancing all night. The night flowed so smoothly. I have no complaints. I give it 5 stars all the way...

The best thing about this vendor is the fact that they are all inclusive. You can customize or add whatever services you need. The price is unbeatable for everything you get and the team is amazing. I love them. They made my life so much easier by providing almost everything I need to plan my day! The quality of the invitations, toasting goblets and decor is outstanding and they have multiple locations. I used the Camarillo venue and it is beautiful.

The staff here is so friendly! They provided me stress free wedding planning, and a stress free wedding day! They have affordable packages that are customizable. They only host one even at a time, which was really nice. My husband and I loved everyone there.

Me and my new Husband just got married at Sterling Hills (May 2013). It was a great location and I'm glad I picked it. Not only was it affordable, but the staff was very organized, helpful, and prompt in responding to questions via phone or email.

We got the Gold package, but customized a little bit by taking this or that out, but adding something else. It ended up being a good deal from what other venues were charging for the same services.

The florist and cake designer that was part of the package was great, and made it easy for me.

The only two gripes I have are:
1. The size of the dancefloor and
2. The DJ.

The dance floor is a bit small - it can only accommodate approximately 12 to 14 people at a time.

My biggest gripe is the experience I had with their DJ services. The Music worksheet that the bride and groom has to fill out is asked to submit it 4 to 6 weeks before the event. However the DJ didn't actually make contact until 7 days prior to the event, and when we did speak for the first time, he still hasn't reviewed my material yet. The DJ didn't actually review my detailed information until 2 nights before my event! This level of disconnect resulted in him forgetting to announce a couple of things, playing the wrong style of music at the wrong time, and not following my request to playing a well-balanced mix of selected genres at the reception.

This was unnerving for me because I perceive the DJ to play a huge role and I would have liked to have more contact with him. Wedgewood should have the DJ thoroughly review the bride's music worksheet information AND contact the bride 7-10 days after she submits it. If the Bride is expected to submit the worksheet by a certain time, the DJ should be expected to review it and make contact shortly thereafter.
The Bride should feel like the DJ cares and wants to help co-create the best experience for her on the big day.

Other than that, everything else went great!

Doing our wedding at the Wedgewood was the absolute BEST thing that we could have done! The ceremony was beautiful and all packages were completely customizable. I loved that we weren't 100% locked in and committed to anything. Their package deals were amazing and we couldn't have made a better choice. Erika is the best planner and walks you through everything step by step. They don't let you sample their menu before your wedding which I was kinda nervous about; however, at the wedding, the food was hands down the BEST part. It was so delicious and all our guests kept raving about how great the food was. We have been told by many of our guests, "BEST wedding EVER!!!" Thank you, Wedgewood!!!

We worked with Stacy at Sterling Hills for almost six months to plan our special day. She was amazing- helpful in every aspect that I needed her! When our day finally arrived, it was perfectly orchestrated. The ceremony was exactly how I pictured it, the ceremony site was beautiful. Our reception room was AWESOME! All of our friends and family loved the food and the venue. Also- the value here is unbeatable. We paid so much less than my friends have and we got so much more! If it was up to me- I would suggest that all my friends get married here. We will definitely look to Wedgewood for our next big party.

Wedgewood Banquet was amazing! Their staff is so helpful and flexible, which is important during this process. The set up was beautiful and more than what we could ask for. The food was great and we couldn't of asked for a more beautiful place.

WEDGEWOOD IS AMAZING! Sarah was so much fun to work with and so much help. She really took care of everything and made sure my day was splendid. They really have the best services for your money and it's all in one location so you dont have to go searching for rentals, catering, djs and such. It's all right there! The only thing I didnt like was the reception area. It's not exactly pretty so decorations are required to make the event beautiful. But they have choices to do so. Go and see for yourself and talk to them. They really know what they're doing and will take care of you.

Wedgewood makes the wedding planning process a breeze! We worked with Alyssa and Lexi and they were awesome. We had originally booked another venue for our wedding but there was a fire and we ended up having to change last minute. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because we were SO much happier with Wedgewood- they took a stressful situation and totally accommodated us with what were looking for. Everything on the big day went smooth thanks to their wonderful banquet staff and bartender. The food was great and the guests had a great time - thank you Wedgewood!

Wedgewood at Sterling Hills was the perfect choice for us! Such a beautiful venue (especially in the daylight — and daytime weddings are cheaper) and one that doesn't break the bank! We had decided that we didn't want to spend a ton of money on our wedding, and Wedgewood was able to put together a custom package for us that was what we needed at the right price. With Wedgewood, you have at the choice of bringing in your own vendors (sans food and beverage) or using vendors who regularly work with them. I chose to do my own flowers (thank you LA Flower District!), and bring in my own cake, but aside from that we used Wedgewood for everything else! The food is really, really amazing — I just wish my dress would have let me eat more. The girls in the office are seriously great about responding as fast as can be to emails which is so helpful to brides when all the little questions come up like "what do I do for seating small children?". The binder given to you on booking with them walks you through every step of the way — from planning the ceremony itself to the order of the day and every little thing in-between. Everyone there was super friendly, and on the day of our wedding the coordinator they provided did a wonderful job of directing everyone in ceremony as we weren't able to have a rehearsal due to our wedding party mostly being from out of state. Our banquet captain did a fantastic job checking on how I wanted things during the reception and making sure I and my husband were perfectly happy with everything. The DJ (also through Wedgewood) checked in with us as well throughout the reception to make sure everything was going as planned. Wedgewood Sterling Hills really allowed us to have a classy wedding without breaking the bank and were so helpful and friendly that I highly, highly recommend them as a venue!

When speaking with the DJ, if you choose their services, explain what kind of atmosphere you expect at your reception, and be direct with specifics. Also, don't hesitate to ask questions, or favors. Jessica, Erika, and the Banquet Captain are ready at a moment's notice to smooth out any concerns.

Sterling Hills was the location of our wedding reception. Chadi was the Catering Manager and he was great. Everyone was impressed by the venue.

The food was great and Chadi made sure that we were taken care of during our wedding. The little orchid on the dinner plate was a nice touch.

Sterling Hills is a great place for a wedding.

The whole process to get married here was great. I think I needed more hand holding early on than they wanted to provide. I've learned why people pay a lot of money for one person or persons to act as a wedding planner or coordinator. They become your brain for preparing for what can be an elaborate event. Nevertheless, Wedgewood did a great job getting us ready, getting us access to great vendors, keeping us on track, and helping us have an amazing day. I'm so glad we went with them.

Despite us having to re arrange tables and losing part of our bridal party to covid Sarah was helpful and positive throughout. We even lost our musician and the DJ Pablo stepped up with the song for the processional. Service was good, food was phenomenal. The venue was beautiful.

We had a terrific wedding at Wedgewood Ventura. Our ceremony took place on the beach at Surfers Knoll and our receptions was on the Buenaventura Golf Course. Besides the weather (which no one can control) our day was absolutely fabulous. We needed a budget friendly wedding and we got that and more. It definitely didn't look cheap it looked very well put together. The Wedgewood staff was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered all our questions and requests. I would definitely recommend this venue to those who are looking to have a beach wedding and not burn a whole in your pocket.

I was extremely happy with Wedgewood in Camarillo. Our salesperson, Lindsay, was absolutely amazing. She was so nice and friendly at ALL TIMES, responded quickly to my many emails, was accommodating to all my requests, helped run and organize the rehearsal and the day of and because of her everything ran smoothly. She set up the banquet room just how I wanted it and everything turned out gorgeous. The banquet leader, Sean, was also very friendly and nice, constantly checked in on my husband and I to ensure we had enough food and drinks, was helpful and made sure everything within the reception ran smoothly. Not the mention, the food was amazing!!!! I still have guests telling me how amazing the food was, we did a buffet style with 3 special request plated meals. The vendors, A Taste of Cake and Passion Flowers, did a good job. It was not anything amazing but they did a good job and exactly what I asked for. The packages included so many amenities and made planning the wedding much easier and less stressful. Even though we still had to go to the appointments to pick out what we wanted, I didn't have the stress of having to find the vendors nor negotiate prices. Our wedding day was amazing and perfect and 100% happy we chose Wedgewood for our place.
