I had a bit of a situation where my original videographer got sick, so she hired Weddings Perfectly Captured to step in at the last minute for my wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to take over! Adam and Joey were incredibly professional, sweet, and completely understood my vision. Even with just one day before the wedding, Adam was so patient in listening to my ideas and timeline, and he grasped everything instantly.

On the wedding day, both Adam and Joey went above and beyond. They arrived extra early to capture additional detailed shots and were so friendly and personable with everyone in my wedding party. Their professionalism, paired with how easy they were to get along with, made the whole day feel seamless and enjoyable.

They really ensured everything went smoothly and captured the footage in a way that helped me achieve my dream of a documentary-style wedding video. We got along so well that everything felt completely natural. The video they created allows us to relive the day as if we were right there again.

Two months after the wedding, my original videographer created a video that was disappointing and underwhelming. When I reached out to discuss it, she completely ghosted me. I was devastated. I called Adam and Joey, worried I wouldn’t have anything to remember my wedding by. They were incredibly kind and generous, offering to edit my video. They told me it was an outrageous situation and they’d never want anyone to be left without a video from their wedding.

Thanks to their incredible support, they saved our wedding video and gave us something truly beautiful. We are beyond grateful and could not recommend Weddings Perfectly Captured enough! They truly saved the day.

I could not be more thankful for Adam, Andrew, and the rest of their team for handling our wedding photography/videography. Pictures have always been my most treasured items and I believe are very important to freeze memories in time, but especially necessary to capture such a beautiful day as a wedding. They were amazing! Down to the professionalism, communication and flexibility! They captured every special moment that was important to us and went along with any last minute changes I decided on, they also were great the months leading up, any questions I had they were quick to answer! Definitely Recommend to anyone!!

Find a reliable photographer that will honor the timelines in your contract, as well as provide the videos that you paid for. We we got married almost a year ago and Joseph still has not sent me our videos after being months late with the photos. At this point he won't even answer my calls.

I was extremely disappointed with Weddings Perfectly Captured. From the very beginning, things went wrong—he showed up late and completely missed filming me in the bridal suite and getting into the limo, even though both were clearly listed in the shot list.

Our meetings leading up to my wedding went fine, he was responsive and seemed to get my vision.

When I finally received the video (after 16 weeks instead of the promised 8-12 weeks), the quality was terrible and far below expectations. On top of that, professionalism was seriously lacking. I had to pester him via email after 14 weeks because I hadn’t heard anything about my video. Only after following up did he finally respond, and I got it two weeks later.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you’re looking for reliability, professionalism, and high-quality footage for your wedding day, I cannot recommend Weddings Perfectly Captured.

We got married 9 months ago and have yet to receive our highlight video and edited footage. After getting no communication for months following the wedding we reached out and were given excuse after excuse as to why our footage was not ready. We had to send a formal letter of demand to even get a phone call, upon which they continued to lie as to why our footage was not ready. We were told within weeks that we would get a partial refund and the footage agreed upon. That was months ago and it still has not happened, nor have we gotten any response back from messages sent requesting an update.
This company is incredibly unprofessional and utterly disappointing to work with.
We have been lied to again and again and have gotten nothing but a few files of raw footage out of it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We deeply regret hiring this company for one of the most important days of our lives. Despite paying in full and giving them more than enough time, we never received our final wedding video. It’s been over 9 months since our wedding day.

We were told multiple times that our video was ready to be uploaded, but it was never actually delivered. After months of silence, delays, and false assurances, we practically had to beg for any footage at all. We received some raw clips that were poorly shot, disorganized, and clearly unprofessional. Yet, we still have not received the video that we paid for up front.

Communication has been absolutely unacceptable. Our messages have gone unanswered, deadlines have come and gone without explanation, and there has been zero accountability. Even after threatening legal action, we still have no final video and no refund. It’s heartbreaking to realize that our memories were entrusted to someone so unreliable and careless.

DO NOT make the same mistake we did. This wasn’t simply poor service; it was a betrayal of trust on one of the most meaningful days of our lives. Look elsewhere for a professional who honors their word and respects their clients.

We paid $2500 for a wedding video May 18th 2024 and never received it. We have received numerous excuses and now radio silence. If you check their Goggle reviews you will see We are one of many other couples!
