Though they're all business, they are also incredibly creative and fun to have on your team. When we presented them with over a thousand (!) origami cranes to do with as they saw fit, they tastefully integrated them with a stunning reception space, and even thought to stage a photo shoot in which we were rained down upon by paper cranes. They were able to make thoughtful artistic choices when asked, but eager to execute on detailed directions when we felt compelled to micromanage (we never once had to micromanage, though we are control freaks).
