  Above and Beyond

  WBW, that is to say, Justina and Noelle, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our daughter's wedding the one of her dreams! They helped transform a private residence into a rustic-chic venue that was simply "magical," as one guest put it. The recommended vendors were superb, and the day-of attention to detail was invaluable. When last minute details seemed overwhelming, this team kicked into gear! I would highly recommend WBW for your wedding!

  WBW, that is to say, Justina and Noelle, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our daughter's wedding the one of her dreams!   Best Duo Day of Coordinators!

  I knew after the first virtual meeting with Justina and Noelle that Weddings by Wives would be a good fit for Coordinating our Day Of Activities. Our 6 week walkthrough felt like a whirlwind and Justina and Noelle took the best notes, knew what questions to ask our vendors, and helped wrap up any loose ends prior to our big day. When it came to setup and decorating, anything that was out of place at the time of the Rehearsal, was perfect the day of! We had initially planned to be inside due to rain, when we arrived for pictures it looked like we could have an outdoor ceremony, these ladies made the transition happen. The night ran so smoothly due to both of their efforts. Justina and Noelle were wonderful to work with!

  Highly recommend Weddings by Wives!

  I worked with Justina and Noelle for day-of-coordination at our wedding last weekend at Hemlock Farm in Edgewater, MD. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I'll start by saying that it probably was not their easiest job -- the venue is a very DIY place, and also everything was outside. This meant that everything really had to be set up from scratch, including locating outlets, lighting, etc. etc. There were also some placement/set up/design decisions to be made on the day. Everything was set up so well, and they have a good eye for making everything look beautiful, even where (or especially where) we had given little to no direction. It also started pouring rain about half an hour before ceremony was to begin, meaning that Justina and Noelle had to do some quick thinking and plan for rearrangements (like I said, everything was outside). Despite that potential setback, everything went flawlessly.
  What I really like about Justina and Noelle is that they struck a good balance between taking over/making decisions where I had given little guidance, but also respecting any guidance I had given or decisions I had made. That is, they pulled off all the things I wanted and had thought about, and then filled in all the gaps without direction on things I hadn't thought about. If there were any issues, I as the bride didn't know about them, attesting to Justina and Noelle's great work -- peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend them to all couples!

  Wonderful team who know what they're doing!

  My fiance and I booked Justina and Noelle and then had to reschedule our wedding due to covid. They were so accommodating, reliable, and detail oriented. On the day of the wedding, we did not have a single stress. They kept us on our timeline, made sure that every detail was exactly how we wanted it, and took care of the two of us the entire night. If you want your big day to be stress-free, these are the two to hire!

  Absolutely flawless!

  Noelle and Justina are the super heroes of wedding planning!! They both are extremely professional and do an amazing job at keeping everyone happy and most importantly, calm. I was a hot mess when it came to decorations and a vision for what I wanted but they took on the challenge with all my many pieces and created something absolutely beautiful. With these two by your side there is nothing to worry about. Our day would not have been as perfect as it was without them. Forever grateful!!

  Best investment

  We hosted our daughter's wedding in our backyard, did all of the planning and most of the set up. Weddings By Wives were our day-of coordinators, and in my opinion were the best investment we made! Justine and Noelle made sure we considered things beforehand that we hadn't thought of, kept us on schedule wedding day, and made sure everything ran smoothly through the ceremony and reception. I can't thank them enough!

  The perfect coordinators!

  We hired Noelle and Justina of Weddings by Wives as our day-of coordinators and they were the most integral part of making our backyard wedding perfect! They were responsive, thorough, and flexible every step of the way. They have an amazing blend of kindness, confidence, and professionalism that made me trust their judgement and ability right from the beginning.
  Before the wedding, Justina and Noelle were thoughtful in offering suggestions and ideas about what we might need to consider for our wedding, and this helped us identify gaps in our planning and stay organized as we planned. Even as they offered suggestions, they stayed true to the vision we had shared with them and I always felt that I could take or leave their suggestions without feeling pressured.
  At our rehearsal and wedding day, they were an absolute dream! I was very nervous and scattered the day of my wedding and I felt relieved as soon as they arrived because I trusted they would take care of everything (and they did)! They were so organized and efficient and seemed to be everywhere at once while also blending in. They took care of every single detail of the afternoon/evening and they had perfectly anticipated everything that might need to be considered. They were calm and proactive when things at our venue (my parents' home) felt a little chaotic with all the last-minute preparations and pre-wedding nerves, and they made sure everything started on time, which seemed impossible because I was running behind in getting ready. After the ceremony, they went above and beyond in helping with the flow of the evening, they helped assemble important people and vendors for the different components of the reception, and they thought on their feet to make sure everything flowed as planned. They also made sure everyone in the wedding party had enough to eat and drink, even during pictures, which was so helpful!
  I would recommend Weddings by Wives to anyone! I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator because I mistakenly thought we could do it all ourselves, but I am SO happy that we decided to hire Noelle and Justina. I cannot overstate how essential they were in making our wedding fun, carefree, and exactly what we wanted it to be!

  From start-to-finish they went above and beyond in making our wedding day absolutely amazing. Their organization and planning could not have been any better. They thought of many things my wife and I didn't even think of, due to everything else on our minds for our big day. They showed up early to our venue walk-through, rehearsal, and of course our wedding.
  
  I cannot say enough positive things about Weddings by Wives, and would highly recommend them to anyone trying to plan a wedding. Justina and Noelle will take a tremendous weight off your shoulders. They both are extremely detail-oriented, organized, and will ensure your wedding day goes as smooth as possible. Looking back, we don't know how we would have done it without them. Don't think you can handle all the coordinating by yourself on your wedding day; you're asking for more stress (and disaster) than you realize.
  
  We cannot thank them enough for all they did in making our day perfect!

It was a destination wedding for all of us at the Naval Academy and Annapolis Waterfront Hotel. Having them the day of, and them coordinating with each element, took everything off our shoulders and made the day run smoothly. They were a blessing, as was the weather that day!

  Noelle and Justine were amazing! They delivered very personal service and attended to every detail, even filling in behind the bar when the bartender needed another pair of hands. Everything we asked of them was fulfilled perfectly. They were able to forsee where and what needed to be done and stepped up to do it. We loved working with Weddings by Wives!

  We used Weddings by Wives day of coordination services and I was so happy we did. I planned my wedding myself and I really just wanted to enjoy my wedding day so I thought for the price this service was well worth it. They took care of everything the day of from running to different stores all the way to making sure the venue looked absolutely perfect! I was never bothered and they were on top of every detail. I would highly recommend Wedding by Wives to not only wedding DIY'ers but to anyone who would like to escape wedding day stress and really enjoy their special day.

  Noelle and Justina made our wedding perfect! I met with them just a few weeks before my wedding to discuss day-of coordination since my wedding was held at a more DIY venue. They remembered every detail I shared with them. They professionally coordinated interactions between other vendors while making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Most importantly, they seemed to work 'behind the scenes' - they only came up to us with questions when necessary, otherwise they just handled matters as they came up. I cannot thank them enough for all they did. Everyone says "Something always goes wrong at a wedding" but I can honestly say that nothing went wrong and our day was perfect - I owe a lot of that to Noelle and Justina. Thank you both again!

  Jason and I are truly honored to be the first official wedding for Weddings by Wives (I say official because their vast experience prior to my wedding was quite obvious). At our first meeting I was a bride to be with a lot of ideas but very little direction. I was overwhelmed and lacked the experience to be able to pull off even a fraction of my ideas on my own. The girls took the time to really understand exactly what I was looking for and were able to put things together in ways that surpassed all expectations. Throughout the planning process they were budget conscious, detail oriented and truly a pleasure to work with. Brides to be- the days leading up to the wedding and your actual wedding day will be full of so many different emotions. Weddings by Wives allowed me to truly experience all of this because they took care of all the details and I just had to sit back and enjoy! So many people say that the wedding goes by in the blink of an eye... I truly don't feel that way and I credit that to Weddings by Wives. Because I did not have to run around finalizing details, I got to enjoy every single minute of the day! Thank you so much Noelle, Justina, Danielle and Caitlin!!!

  We are very happy that we made the decision to hire Weddings by Wives. They were responsive, professional, and more than willing to work around our schedule with prior-to day-of items -- they did SO much more than I expected from "day of" coordinators. They even managed my Type-A planning style and my wacky family (which is a feat in itself). I cannot imagine going through our wedding without them. Thank you both so much for everything!! I would absolutely recommend their services to a friend!

  Noelle and Justina made my entire wedding a breeze! They were always right there to be found and were so professional. I literally had a PERFECT wedding and ran ahead of schedule thanks to their hard work. I would recommend them to anyone. They took the stress right out of everything and I will forever appreciate that!
