Justina and Noelle are not just professional, organized, and prepared; they are the kinds of people you want surrounding you on your wedding day. They kept us on track in the months leading up to the wedding with a structured plan for selecting vendors, attire, decor, and more. They were even able to advise our officiant--a personal friend who had no prior experience conducting a wedding--and kept the ceremony on track so we could enjoy the day without stress. As numerous attendees asked us if we were nervous leading up to the ceremony, Noelle once quipped, "I'm not." It's that kind of lighthearted confidence that assures you that you're in good hands--these ladies have handled every scenario before, and they are pros.
Though they're all business, they are also incredibly creative and fun to have on your team. When we presented them with over a thousand (!) origami cranes to do with as they saw fit, they tastefully integrated them with a stunning reception space, and even thought to stage a photo shoot in which we were rained down upon by paper cranes. They were able to make thoughtful artistic choices when asked, but eager to execute on detailed directions when we felt compelled to micromanage (we never once had to micromanage, though we are control freaks).

Justina and Noelle are amazing! They helped make my day run so smoothly! From the first phone call, the multiple in person meetings, and the wedding day, they made sure all of the details were perfect. Communication was very frequent. They helped me create a timeline and provided ideas I didn't even know I needed. This is a great duo for all of your wedding day needs. I highly recommend Weddings by Wives! -

Wedding by Wives were awesome as day of coordinators. They paid attention to every detail and request that we had, and helped keep things organized with a shared spreadsheet. They were flexible with planning and were with us at every step of the way. Justina and her team were a quiet support helping the reception run smoothly. They decorated the reception hall to perfection and we loved how they arranged our decor pieces based on our ideas. We loved how they attended our polaroid guest-book station to help our guests. They handled last minute scheduled changes in stride so that we did not have to worry about anything.

Not know the first thing what I was doing when it came to planning a wedding, I was so overwhelmed looking for a coordinator and seeing the prices were not helping me.
But, I had the great pleasure of working with the ladies both as a bridesmaid, watching them work behind the scenes and personally as a bride. They did phenomenal job in both occasions!
On my day they really did make sure it went stress free and as smooth as possible! And having two ladies was really great! Justina was able to help me with pictures and Noelle was able to stay back and help with vendors and guests. They both and super nice and make sure you stay on top of things. When it was time to clean up they had everything cleaned up and organized for us and I did not have to do a thing but load it up. It was such a load off! I could write a book on what an amazing job they did.
Just know I will recommend them to any bride getting married! -

My wedding was on May 3 and Weddings by Wives did a great job. They were there for every step leading up to the wedding until the wedding was over. The day of my wedding ran smooth with the help of Wedding by Wives esp since the weather was iffy that day and we wanted an outside wedding. Justina and Noelle made sure that everything was set up correctly and guests knew where to go. During the reception my husband stepped on my dress even though it was already bustled and he ripped the bustle. Justina and Noelle were sewing my bustle back together and saving my dress before the dancing began. My husband and I highly recommend Weddings by Wives for anyone needing a coordinator for their upcoming wedding. -

Above and Beyond
WBW, that is to say, Justina and Noelle, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our daughter's wedding the one of her dreams! They helped transform a private residence into a rustic-chic venue that was simply "magical," as one guest put it. The recommended vendors were superb, and the day-of attention to detail was invaluable. When last minute details seemed overwhelming, this team kicked into gear! I would highly recommend WBW for your wedding! -

I knew after the first virtual meeting with Justina and Noelle that Weddings by Wives would be a good fit for Coordinating our Day Of Activities. Our 6 week walkthrough felt like a whirlwind and Justina and Noelle took the best notes, knew what questions to ask our vendors, and helped wrap up any loose ends prior to our big day. When it came to setup and decorating, anything that was out of place at the time of the Rehearsal, was perfect the day of! We had initially planned to be inside due to rain, when we arrived for pictures it looked like we could have an outdoor ceremony, these ladies made the transition happen. The night ran so smoothly due to both of their efforts. Justina and Noelle were wonderful to work with! -

I worked with Justina and Noelle for day-of-coordination at our wedding last weekend at Hemlock Farm in Edgewater, MD. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I'll start by saying that it probably was not their easiest job -- the venue is a very DIY place, and also everything was outside. This meant that everything really had to be set up from scratch, including locating outlets, lighting, etc. etc. There were also some placement/set up/design decisions to be made on the day. Everything was set up so well, and they have a good eye for making everything look beautiful, even where (or especially where) we had given little to no direction. It also started pouring rain about half an hour before ceremony was to begin, meaning that Justina and Noelle had to do some quick thinking and plan for rearrangements (like I said, everything was outside). Despite that potential setback, everything went flawlessly.
What I really like about Justina and Noelle is that they struck a good balance between taking over/making decisions where I had given little guidance, but also respecting any guidance I had given or decisions I had made. That is, they pulled off all the things I wanted and had thought about, and then filled in all the gaps without direction on things I hadn't thought about. If there were any issues, I as the bride didn't know about them, attesting to Justina and Noelle's great work -- peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend them to all couples! -

Having spent multiple meetings prior to our daughter and now son-in law's big day, we really felt that Justina & Noel of Wedding By Wives completely listened, offered many suggestions and did everything to make their day truly special. Noelle and Justina are the super heroes of wedding planning!! They both are extremely professional and do an amazing job at keeping everyone happy and most importantly, calm. I was a hot mess when it came to decorations and a vision for what I wanted but they took on the challenge with all my many pieces and created something absolutely beautiful. With these two by your side there is nothing to worry about. Our day would not have been as perfect as it was without them. Forever grateful!! -

They took control of every event during our big day by making sure we were in which right place at the right time. They were super sweet and were flexible in meeting up with us before hand. We are very happy that we made the decision to hire Weddings by Wives. They were responsive, professional, and more than willing to work around our schedule with prior-to day-of items -- they did SO much more than I expected from "day of" coordinators. They even managed my Type-A planning style and my wacky family (which is a feat in itself). I cannot imagine going through our wedding without them. Thank you both so much for everything!! I would absolutely recommend their services to a friend!
