We hired Ginny to plan our wedding at Isola Del Garda/Gardone Riviera in September 2023 and it truly was the wedding of our dreams. Ginny is that rare wedding planner that stays completely calm during the craziness of planning, yet doesn’t miss a single important detail.

We can’t stop looking at all the photos and videos from our special day and look forward to seeing Ginny when we come back to the lake for future wedding anniversaries. It was the best day of our lives and ours guests keep saying it was the best day of their lives (seriously). The day was absolutely brilliant. Grazie mille Ginny!!

What can I say.. Ginny from Weddings at Lake Garda exceeded our expectations!
For a couple who did everything last minute, Ginny had the patience and understanding right until the very end!
She went above and beyond planning our wedding, she came to visit me first thing on the morning of my special day to calm my nerves down and even to bring an oxygen tank for my father in-law on the day!
I was taken back when I arrived at our reception, the flowers, food, the cake (our guests and myself cannot stop talking about it) and the overall vibe was pure magical (more than what I had imagined).
Thanks for making our dreams come true.. can we do this all again!?

Where to begin when writing a review for our amazing wedding planner Ginny? Well, if you are thinking of working with her, and only have the patience to read a couple of sentences, I will start by saying - DO IT! Choosing Ginny to plan our wedding was the single best decision we made during the whole process. If you want to get married on Lake Garda, look no further than Ginny and Weddings at Lake Garda.
It was clear from the beginning that we got so much more than just a wedding planner when working with Ginny. She truly cares about each and every couple she works with, and that comes through in every interaction.
We had the added complication of Covid when planning our wedding - which meant we had to book our venue without even seeing it. But with Ginny's advice and always going the extra mile (think video tours on facetime!) we chose Rocca di Lonato and it was simply the most amazing venue to host our wedding. When we then had to move the date due to Covid, it couldn't have been less stressful on our end. I'm sure the same couldn't be said for Ginny but we would never have known. And within a week or so our new date was agreed with all of our suppliers.
Speaking of suppliers, Ginny has excellent contacts all over the lake, and every one of our requests was fulfilled with ease! Not to mention everything was of the absolute highest quality - especially the food and drink. But also the flowers, make up and hair, fireworks, DJ and Sax... the list goes on! Our guests are still talking about it! I also need to give a special shout out to Ginny's husband, Lorenzo, who was our photographer and captured our day just perfectly.
When it came to the day itself, Ginny was simply AMAZING. Absolutely everything went to plan and was seamless - again, our guests were in awe of the organisation and how everything seemed to just flow from one part of the day to the next. Of course that was all down to Ginny's expert organisation and unflappable presence throughout the whole day (and it was a long day!) It is a cliche but it really was the best day of our lives and we can't thank Ginny enough for making it happen.
