Everything Flowed Smoothly!

I was on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator because my husband and I were on a tight budget. I did some searching and talked to a few coordinators but could not pull the trigger. I found Mindy and we set up a time to talk over the phone. She sold me during our first call! She understood the modern (and "Type A") bride who wants to be hands-on in the planning but wants someone who can ensure that the day flows as planned! I cannot imagine how the day would have flowed without her. I hired her in March/April and she was accessible throughout the planning process for my August 31, 2019 wedding. She is professional and will also provide references for vendors if you are still looking for vendors. I am so glad that I worked with Mindy and would definitely recommend her services!!

Wonderful!

Mindy helped my husband and I throw a wonderful ceremony and party for our friends and family. It was the best day of our lives and she was very thorough in her planning and assisting throughout the event. We hired Mindy for day-of coordination and she was perfectly lovely to work with for our wedding.

I could not have made it through this day without her. She was probably the only one who could handle my dj and with the number of things that went wrong that day, she and her team handled it like a dream. I wish I had been in better contact in the weeks leading up to it because I had certain specifics I failed to mention to her but nothing that I communicated to her was lacking. She was in top of where everything was with everyone, to include catching the mistep in time enough to be rectified without delay of the reception with my caterers who failed to deliver the food. Super easy to talk to though and beyond helpful even before I decided I wanted to or even could hire her.
