Value was the best for my luggage tags. The luggage tags looked really nice and it was very reasonable. I choose the acrylic versus metal. They came individually wrapped and ready to go. The process was very simple and I did everything online.

I ordered the mason jar favors with personalized scripts for my wedding about 80% of the jars came out great, but 20% of the jars had missing engravements that were not appealing to give out to our guests. I highly suggest ordering 20% more than the amount of guests you have coming to your wedding.
The reason why I am disappointed in this company is that they charge you $75 USD to deliver to your location and if you are international, there is a fedex fee as well of $35 dollars ($10 of advancement fee since the shipper did not indicate your phone number for FedEx to call and inform you of).
Although the cost of purchasing the product is affordable, the delivery and fedex fee will double the cost. Buyers be cautious and do your research prior to purchasing.

Ordered gold favors, and received silver ones. Owner or customer service rep whoever was not willing to rectify the issue claiming that it was error on my end when there is obviously an issue with their website not directing the order with the correct item. Very rude response as well.

Terrible!!! We ordered glasses for our parents anniversary and they did the wrong design, charged $40 that said was to have the glasses put in boxes, and when they came with the wrong design and not in the boxes (with the boxes beside them), they denied any wrongdoing and would not give us any kind of credit! DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE!!!

HORRIBLE!!! I only put half a star because I had to. They had an option to make a bid on price, I did and received an email it was approved. I called to leave a message that the link I was sent was adding 2 charges ($37) in artwork fee's, he never returned my call. Made a second bid to try again, that was approved. I finally got in touch with him after calling again and he said it was a glitch and they don't do that. SCAMMER!!!! Don't do business with them...
