Wedding Day Chicago

We had a destination wedding in Mexico but needed to do the legalities in the States. We had planned on going to City Hall but due to Covid, the clerk there recommended we look for someone else to perform the ceremony. I am SO glad he suggested that as it led me to find Kari. We were able to choose a little spot to perform the ceremony that was so special to us (where we had our first date and got engaged!). Kari was quick to respond during the planning process and after a chat with myself and my fiance was able to really tailor the little ceremony to be both what we needed and super special as well. It wasn't what we originally planned but it ended up being so wonderful, we couldn't be happier! We felt it was very reasonably priced for the service provided and it is obvious Kari is knowledgeable about the process and really loves what she does.

I am not sure how to begin writing this review because I have too many good things to say about Kari! I will start by saying we absolutely would not have been able to have a successful wedding without her. She was our day-of coordinator for our November wedding and went above and beyond in supporting us! When our original venue went bankrupt in July, she calmed our nerves and made it clear she would do anything to help us find a new venue. She helped coordinate all of our vendors and even hopped on a very important call with our DJ. When my dress got covered in dirt during our first look, Kari helped my MOH scrub my dress until it was clean with an hour left until the ceremony started. During the wedding, Kari made sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. It felt like we must have known Kari forever with how much care she showed us and our wedding. There's nobody better in the business and I couldn't recommend her more!
