Lindsay was great!

When my daughter and wife approached me about hiring a wedding planner, I was quite skeptical. I understood the need 30 years ago, but with all of the resources available on the web today, I just didn’t get it, especially since the major details had already been planned by my wife and daughter. Frankly, I wasn’t sure there would be much value for the money, but I went along with the idea anyway. Now that the dust has settled from the weekend, in retrospect, I was absolutely wrong in doubting the value of a wedding planning/coordinator. We chose Lindsay Lockhart from We Tie the Knots in Dallas and she was absolutely amazing. As we learned the hard way, there are literally hundreds of tiny details that require detailed planning, logistics and execution from weeks before the big day through the end of the reception and the day after. Lindsay and her team turned out to be the perfect solution for us. She has the right Emotional Quotient (EQ), and temperament to deal with tense situations as well as the composure and thoughtfulness to provide creative solutions on the fly. For such a tough orchestrator role, Lindsay was incredibly personable and caring. She was especially attentive to the needs of our daughter, her husband, the wedding party and the family throughout, but particularly on the big day. Lindsay was an absolute joy to work with and we can honestly say that we could not have pulled this incredible celebration off without her help. Unfortunately, we only have one daughter, but if we had more, we would lean heavily on Lindsay and her team again for our wedding planning and coordination needs.

Rhonda was very helpful in everything, even in the "I suggest you take a day to yourself". Any time you need to speak to her, she is available and ready to help. On a plus, she's funny, she' gets people where they need to go, and she's team Bride'!! It was a pleasure to work with her on the most important day of my life'

Cammye at We Tie the Knots made our wedding absolutely perfect. She was so professional, organized, and on top of things all throughout the process -- she handled all my changes easily and with no stress at all, and she kept me on time for every milestone. Her recommendations were spot on for every single vendor -- flowers, caterer, DJ, hair, makeup, linens, etc. etc. -- I would not have changed a thing, and because of her knowledge and working relationships, I saved endless hours doing research since I was just able to pick one of her recommendations and trust it would work out great. If you're like me and lack any design sense, Cammye will save your life; from helping choose color schemes to selecting our groomsmen's ties, she put together a visually stunning wedding that was unique and fun and very much reflected our style. I was able to enjoy every second of our wedding weekend since Cammye handled everything, and it was stress-free and literally flawless. Can't recommend her enough.

Suzanne White was absolutely phenomenal! If you're looking for a wedding planner she is the best. How she can handle 15 to 20 vendors perfectly and make everything run so smoothly is really a skill set.
When we saw the ballroom we cried happy tears because it was so beautiful! All those months of planning alongside Suzanne and seeing it all come together really paid off. The reception was more beautiful than my daughter had ever dreamed of.
Suzanne works regularly with amazing vendors that she recommends. We used quite a few of them and were extremely pleased. This can save you a lot of time on research. Just trust Suzanne, she knows what she's doing. :)
I strongly recommend Suzanne White. She's a perfectionist, a hard-worker and she is always available to her customers. So organized that you can relax and enjoy your wedding knowing she's there and everything is under control and will be absolutely beautiful!

I cannot emphasize enough how thankful my husband and I are for Claire Williams. We knew at our first meeting we were in great hands. I'm a type a personality, constantly anxious about something but Claire was able to calm my nerves. The entire process went without a hitch. Claire got me and my vision as was able to execute flawlessly. I will never forget how I felt seeing our reception room - an absolute dream come true! Claire is an amazing person and extremely talented! We wouldn't have been able to enjoy our wedding day as we did if we hadn't hired Claire as our designer.

It’s hard to know where to even begin describing how amazing planning our wedding with Cammye and We Tie The Knots was. I work in communications / marketing and would say I know just enough about event planning to be dangerous… And from the moment my now-husband and I got engaged, I knew I wanted to have a professional event planner on our team to be sure our day went as smoothly as possible.

The first time we met with Cammye, it was obvious she was the planner for us! Her professionalism, attention to detail, patience, knowledge, contacts, style (the list goes on and on!) are all spectacular. She made the best vendor recommendations and managed all of them with incredible organization. If there were any bumps in the road (either in the planning or day-of), I wasn’t aware of them.

During and after the wedding, so, so many of our guests kept using the word “perfect” to describe everything - the food, the drinks, the venue, the music, the flowers, the style… And we have Cammye to thank for making that so!

Working with Cammye and We Tie The Knots was easily the best decision we made for our entire wedding!! The best of the best.

We literally could not have gotten through our wedding without Katie, Claire and the We Tie The Knots crew! We had some issues with our reception vendors previous to the wedding, and Katie was a total pro and worked through everything. We didn't have to worry about anything! We used them for "month of" coordinators, even though they worked with us more than just the month leading up.

Our wedding planner, Cammye, was nothing short of amazing during the entire wedding planning process!! From the beginning, Cammye paid attention to every little detail and her communication never wavered; she was always extremely speedy to respond to e-mails and offered her phone number for emergencies (which was always such a refreshing, casual exchange, since it was just like talking to a good friend). Cammye was also extremely efficient and organized and was early to every single one of our meetings with a game plan ready to go. I could truly write an essay about how incredible Cammye was, but I think the best way to sum everything she did for us up is to say that our wedding was the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Cammye. There were a couple of little hiccups during the reception (slideshows will forever be an enemy of mine), but they were handled with 100% professionalism and in a way that, somehow, didn’t add any stress to the day. Our guests were raving about how beautiful and tasty everything was, and my husband and I agree that our wedding was perfect. Cammye really became a good friend during the planning process, and I feel so thankful for everything she did for us. I would absolutely recommend Cammye and anyone else at We Tie the Knots!!

When my daughter Morgan and her now husband Bryan decided on a destination wedding at Hightower Falls, we both knew a coordinator would be essential to making sure things went smoothly and to help us find the right vendors to make Morgan’s vision a reality. Enter Rhonda Yearwood and her assistant, Bretagne (pronounced Brittany) of We Tie the Knots. From the moment we first made contact Rhonda began the task of putting us at ease and letting us know that she had our backs. That feeling only got stronger several weeks later when she met my wife and Morgan in person or the first time to finalize the process of picking vendors. Crazy though it may sound – it was love! Rhonda is just a people person and she treats you like family. Given the stresses inherent in planning a wedding that is a huge bonus that Rhonda just naturally exudes. She is awesome! Add her wonderful and caring assistant Bretagne to the mix and you have the complete package. The results were evident on wedding day when, by all accounts, we enjoyed the perfect, beautiful and moving wedding that Morgan had envisioned. It was amazing and Rhonda and Bretagne are a huge reason why. If you want to hire a coordinator who knows not only what to do but how to guard your nerves and emotions while she is doing it, look no further than Rhonda Yearwood. She is one of a kind and we love her!

We used Morgan from We Tie The Knots for month of planning for our wedding on 3/21/15. She was amazing! Morgan also had a great assistant, Trisha, working with her who was just as awesome. Everything from our ceremony to our reception setup went smoothly and Morgan made sure no detail was overlooked. My bustle on my dress broke before the reception and Morgan had a sewing kit on hand to help me with a new one. The day was fabulous and I know their coordination had a lot to do with it. If you are looking for a wedding planner, We Tie The Knots is a fabulous choice!
