My fiancé got my engagement ring here (we reset a family ring). The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and caring. We've gone back several times sense to purchase additional pieces and to have my ring steam cleaned. They have great prices and there's never a long wait! I've heard that this location may be closing, so I hope that if they do, that the staff transfers to one of their other locations.

They were so helpful and personable through everything from my now husband looking for an engagement ring to us picking out our wedding bands. They helped keep us within our price range and provided us with awesome service and suggestions. They have life-long customers now.

I dealt with Theresa when picking out both my engagement ring and both wedding bands. The quality of their jewelery is top notch, they only deal with the best! Theresa took the time with me trying on engagement rings to find what I loved. She also helped me later on pick out my wedding band to perfectly accent my engagement ring. She even took out the book of all wedding bands for men and took my phone and took photos of approximately 10 rings for me to show my finance to see which one he likes. She is great and oh so down to earth and friendly. She takes such pride in her work and it shows. Our wedding rings were perfect! We had the best customer service with Walter Bauman Jewelers. They really came through and spent a lot of time with us while we were deciding on our rings.

We got my engagement ring here and the Clifton commons store. I had my dream ring in mind forever and they were one of the few stores that actually carried the stones in stock to make it up (my ring is a three stone ring, emerald cut with baguettes on each side). They also had some interesting settings. I was able to get a beautiful claw-foot setting for the main stone, something I didn't see anywhere else. The stone is so secure in that setting that i never worry about it. It is also a beautiful, unique setting that people often admire. The price was reasonable, sometimes even half of what any vendor in the malls wanted for a similar ring.

We have also bought other pieces of jewelry from them, all of which we have been happy with. They also have "estate sales" so you can often get unique pieces that way. Sign up for their mailing list - I get 10% off coupons for the estate sales at least once a month, sometimes once a week.

We went to several local jewelery stores looking for our rings... I knew I wanted channeled diamonds but everywhere I went the prices were outragious!! We walked into Walter Bauman and their prices were amazing!! Same ring I saw for $1500 was $625!!
