I can honestly say that when you get quotes from 5 vendors, and one is half the price of the other four, there is a GOOD reason for that. Walkabout Limo was quite honestly, the only vendor we had that we were disappointed with. Our driver showed up on time, but it went downhill from there. I honestly believe that a prerequisite to being a limo driver is actually knowing how to drive one.
About halfway into the pictures, one of the windows got stuck in the down position. It was 40 degrees out and windy. In February. What did the driver do? He stuck his head back and said "uh, just like, bang on the door with your fist and that should unstick it." Yeah, that did not work, and he couldn't even be bothered to get out and look at it.
Then, he GOT LOST in Cazenovia, which is a pretty extraordinary feat, seeing as there's one main road running through town. He wasted valuable time making a bunch of wrong turns, "3 point" turns (more like 10 point), and drove completely past our photographer who was waving at him to stop, while we were all yelling at him to stop as well. He wasted a good 20 minutes of picture time, which really disappointed me.
Here's my final comment, and a good clue as to how bad the service was: we told the limo driver to leave before our time was up, and walked back to our venue, me in my wedding dress and heels - in 40 degree weather. Yeah.
