About

We are the first gourmet waffle truck catering to weddings in Salt Lake City, Utah. We make delicious Liege waffles and drive around Utah County to share the waffle love. With our amazing waffles, it's more than a waffle; it's love at first bite. Liege waffles originated in Belgium in the 18th century when the Prince of Liege asked his chef to make him a waffle pastry with sugar nibs. They have been a tradition in Belgium ever since. We make our waffles with dough made fresh daily and imported Belgian pearl sugar. The waffles are created on cast iron waffle irons for a caramelized and crispy exterior and a moist and dense interior. We never use artificial flavors or sweeteners. To every extent possible, we buy all local natural produce.

This added such a fun element to our reception. It was a backyard reception and having a Waffle Love food truck in our driveway was A.MAZ.ING!! They offered a variety of menu options and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted on the menu! Their staff was friendly and accommodating to our guests. We loved their fun loving spirit and were so happy with them!! And the food....SOO GOOD!! No better waffles on the planet!

Great option for breakfast

We loved having waffle love cater our wedding! The food was good but took awhile to cook.

Good thing the food was good

We hired them for my son’s wedding.
1: they were half an hour late with the food
2: they brought out the dessert before the dinner and we had to tell people not to eat it then I finally told some of my people to take it back in the kitchen.
3: there was supposed to be salad with the sandwiches and that wasn’t brought out till basically all of the sandwiches were gone.
4: the bridesmaids and groomsmen had to serve the food because they didn’t have people to serve.
5: the sandwiches were very good but one of them was supposed to be a hot sandwich but it took so long that it was cold
6: they just up and left early and without anyone knowing
It honestly felt like they had never catered before and we were their first guinea pigs.
