We loved working with Maria and Liza to find our perfect engagement ring! The ring could not have turned out more perfect. Even after, we keep close touch and stop by for regular visits and cleanings!

We stopped in the store initially because my engagement ring was about two sizes too big and we had learned that the designer, Verragio, had just released their "Fit-Right" solution, which is basically a metal band that goes inside of the ring to give it the proper size, and we wanted to go to an authorized dealer to have the work done. Adelina, whom we had just met and didn't owe us a care in the world, was so aghast, so perturbed, so disgusted that another jeweler would sell my fiance a ring so grossly outsized that she took it upon herself to contact the Verragio representative and see what could be done to make it right. She spent WEEKS on the phone with the rep and the technicians and when it was all said and done, she was able to work with the designer to RESIZE a ring which every other jeweler had claimed was UN-RESIZABLE. It now sits perfectly on my finger with no additional metal band to make it smaller - it just fits and looks fantastic. Adelina could have taken the ring and just thrown Verragio's Fit-Right solution onto it and called it a day, which would have been a hundred times easier, but she didn't. She really went above and beyond and we are so grateful to her.

Aside from the work on the engagement ring, we purchased our wedding bands from Adelina (and they fit perfectly) and had them engraved. She is a sweetheart, a fierce advocate, and now, our jeweler for life!!!! Thank you Adelina!! We love you!!

We used Kodak for our wedding bands and they were easy to work with. They were honest with what to go with, and weren't a store that tried selling the most expensive item. I didn't get my engagement ring from them, but they matched my band perfectly with my ring. My engagement ring was a smudge off in size and they gave me the perfectly correct band size. They were friendly, sociable, and worked with us since we bought two rings from them. They did engravings for us and they came out great too! I ran in there on my way to the rehearsal dinner asking if they would mind cleaning my engagement ring real fast so it would sparkle for the big day and they said were so nice about it and did it right away! Love my wedding band :)

The staff is incredibly helpful and really listens to what you're looking for, and are willing to work within your budget. Overall, the quality of their work speaks for itself- our wedding bands are gorgeous, and came in so quickly!

My husband went to Kodak in Hoboken to pick my engagement ring which is absolutely gorgeous and fit in exactly with my personality and taste. Based on his great experience, we went back to pick out our wedding bands. The staff is very helpful and has a keen eye for matching up designs to individual style.

The only issue I would say is that any polishing or resizing has to be sent to their Manhattan office so it takes several business days to get back and ready for pick-up. It was hard to part with my engagement ring for such a short while after being engaged to get resized.

I cannot say enough good things about W. Kodak. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here, and they helped him to pick out the setting, which I absolutely love! When we went to buy our wedding bands they were so nice, and attentive, and helped us to pick out the perfect rings!

Their work is beautiful. I have no idea whether or not it is a good value because I found things that were significantly cheaper but they also did not look as nice. Mostly I just wanted to write this review because Maria was amazing. She literally responded to emails at all hours of the weekend and the night. Couldn't imagine better service.
