Facilities and Capacity
You and your partner can invite up to 400 guests at Vouv Meeting & Event Space. They offer a separate 1,700-square-foot space just for your ceremony, so you don't have to worry about flipping the room around. The expansive, furnished lobby is the perfect place for cocktail hours. Guests can mingle with hors d’oeuvres and mixed drinks, while you and your sweetheart may take breathtaking photos around the city. For receptions, Vouv Meeting & Event Space features a 5,800-square-foot ballroom. This elegant room has an open floor plan that can be customized to fit your style and vision. An elevated stage with A/V equipment is available to ensure that the music from DJs or live bands reaches everyone in the room. The setting also features two separate get-ready suites for you and your wedding party to prepare for the big day. Inside includes a built-in bar, foosball table, leather furnishings, and other amenities to ease any prenuptial jitters.
Services Offered
Vouv Meeting & Event Space has an in-house team of event specialists to ensure your day is everything you dreamed it to be. Culinary Art Catering is an exclusive caterer and will take care of all your culinary needs. The team's wedding package includes 10 hours of rental time, to give soon-to-be-weds plenty of time to enjoy the venue to the fullest. Tables and chairs will be provided, as well as an uplighting system to create any aesthetic you want. The onsite team will handle setup and teardown, while you may spend time with your loved ones. They also offer an array of in-house centerpieces and decor options. Making the planning process easy from beginning to end.
