Lonnie at Vixen Productions is amazing! She is very easy to work with and accommodating to our requests. Lonnie and her crew are extremely professional and we hardly even knew they were there!!

I do not take writing reviews lightly and I am doing this so that hopefully what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else.

I hired vixen productions as my wedding videographers and while everything seemed fine during the wedding, the video I received was heartbreaking.

When they were putting the microphone on my Husband it didn’t work, it was malfunctioning. Instead of replacing the faulty equipment they ignored it and as a result our wedding vows were inaudible, they are like mumbles in our video. Lonnie suggested that an appropriate fix was to “re-record our vows” ....the whole point of a wedding video was to have our real wedding recorded, not to reenact in later. To say we were completely heartbroken was an understatement. We do not have a wedding video that we can even enjoy watching.

We invested in our wedding video because having it to look back on was a top priority for us. Their carelessness ruined our only opportunity of having our memories captured. In addition to the inaudible vows, there was a horribly loud thumping that occurred during a large part of their ceremony that came from their camera, and the video itself is choppy and very unprofessional. Nothing like the examples I was shown prior to booking.

We worked hard with other videographers in hopes of having our video salvaged, but they all said that as much as they tried, they couldn’t fix the mistakes that were made during the filming.

Lonnie didn’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and on top of everything else she went against our contract and refused to return our investment. I would pay any amount at this point to have a quality video of our special day. Please choose someone else as your videographer if you want to work with someone who actually cares about you and your wedding day.
