I’ve been going to vivid since they were rainbow hair in the 2000s. Yes, I love them so much that mother and I followed them as they changed names and location. When I was in college, I decided to save $ by box coloring or going to cheaper salon, BOY didI learn that lesson! I ruined my hair. Jen fixed my hair but too many years of using better color products to fix it. Jen my wedding hair and make up. I felt like a goddess on my special day. Karen does my mother hair regularly and she did my hair for my sis in law wedding since I was a bride maid. Perfect as always. Love them and won’t trust no one else. We will continue to stay life customers

Jen did such a great job on my updo and makeup!! I had a bad experience with other stylists previously so I was a little apprehensive when I tried Jen for the first time. She was professional, friendly, made me feel completely comfortable, and had modern techniques and styles. Trials were very affordable. I had a Sunday wedding and Jen was able to meet with me even though her salon was closed. Pictures taken by my friends and family turned out so beautifully, I cannot wait to see how our professional pictures look!!

Well if you want someone who cuts your hair twice the length you asked them to and dyes it chestnut instead of caramel then Karens certainly the one to see! She also threatened to air my dirty laundry out on the streets when I called less than a month later to see about seeing another stylist. When I called she wouldn't let me get a word in and was NASTY. She was rude and kept saying "excuse me?" Like I was trying to insult her. What a horrible person to speak to a customer like that WHEN YOU OWN A BUSINESS. She tried to throw in my face that she didn't charge me full price for my glaze but she only did that because her own son told me the wrong price over the phone. Needless to say I am horrified that a business owner threatened me and had the audacity to speak to any paying customer like the way she treated me. I don't know where she's from but it certainly seems like she was from the trailer park as soon as I had a problem with her work. You couldn't pay me to even step into this establishment again.
