We used Virginia Coach Company to provide transportation to and from our wedding. We were one of the couples who endured multiple COVID postponements. Virginia Coach Company (and specifically Linda!) were so wonderful to work with throughout the process. Extremely communicative, understanding, and flexible. She offered kind words that were very appreciated during a stressful time! Wonderful to work with. The buses themselves were clean, driven well (even over some tough terrain!), and delivered our guests in a timely manner even in rush hour Friday traffic! I was very impressed and I know our guests had a great experience with their services. If you're looking for transportation to and/or from your event in the Leesburg area, I would absolutely recommend Virginia Coach Company!

Linda from Virginia Coach Co. was great during the planning process and Russell the driver was courteous, on time and informative the day of the event. Two guests mentioned how nice and interesting Russell was. The bus was lovely and clean.

We use this company to transport wedding guests from our hotel block in Front Royal to our venue in Hume VA. Debbie was easy to work with, she set up our contract really quickly. We had to make some few time changes and she made those changes without hesitation. Our bus was on time for both pickup before the ceremony and pickup at the end of the reception. Everyone got home safely!!

We hired Virginia Coach to provide shuttles to and from the hotel our guests were staying at and the winery we got married at in Loudoun County. The process couldn't have been smoother. The value and service were fantastic. Thanks for doing such a great job!

We found VCC to be a great transportation service. They showed up on time, got our guests quickly to and from the hotels to our venue, and were able to shuttle everyone back at the end of the night without a problem. They even accommodated us by dropping the wedding party off at a bar on the way back to the hotels. They were easy to work with, reasonably priced, and delivered all our guests on time. Would definitely recommend them to others.

We can’t say enough good things about the family-run Virginia Coach. Two-thirds of our wedding guests came from out of town. The closest city with hotels to our venue was Leesburg – 35 minutes away. We were adamant that our guests would not have to drive if they didn’t want to, which meant hiring a coach bus for 55 people. We called around (at least 4 companies) for quotes and Virginia Coach was both very reasonably priced and accommodating – something no one else was. There was an open question about whether a full-size coach bus could even make it up the driveway and turn around at the venue. We called Virginia Coach and one of their drivers (Mike) lived locally and was happy to scout the location. He had some concerns about overhanging tree limbs, but the venue owners were willing to cut them back. The driver also gave my hubby his personal cell phone so he was able to easily coordinate with the driver leading up to the event and on the wedding day itself. In addition to his professional appearance and great driving, somehow Mike was able to turn the coach around in the very confined venue (twice!). I'm still not quite sure how he managed it, but the venue owners later said that Mike is now the only driver they will let take a full-size bus up their driveway. They were as impressed as we were! They were truly wonderful to work with, we lucked out finding them. They don't have a ton of reviews here, but definitely call this company and inquire about their services. They are a top-notch vendor.

I hired a 55-passenger bus from Virginia Coach to transport my wedding guests from a hotel near Dulles Airport to my wedding venue in Purcellville, VA, which is about a 30-minute trip one-way. They did an initial run out to the vineyard from the hotel at 5 pm, then returned for a trip back to the hotel at 9:30 pm halfway through the reception for those who wanted to leave early, and the final run back to the hotel at the end of the reception at 11:15 pm. Debbie quoted me $800 (plus a recommended tip of 10-15% for the driver at my discretion), which was significantly lower than quotes I got from 8 other companies; in fact, some of them were laughably overpriced compared to Virginia Coach, ie Point to Point and Reston Limousine wanted to charge around 50% more! It must go towards paying the cost of their advertising; I don't think Virginia Coach does much advertising - I found their website through a Google search. I also liked that Debbie gave me a straight quote in dollars; most of the other companies charge a fixed amount for a minimum number of hours, then an hourly rate after that, plus "garage fees" and "fuel surcharges", etc.. Virginia Coach didn't make me get out a calculator and estimate everything, although I had to do that for the other companies in order to compare everyone.

On the day of the wedding the driver, Mike Doyle, showed up at the hotel an hour early, and interfaced with a friend of mine who I had given the passenger list to and the driver tip for the end of the night. The bus was attractive and clean, and Mike and my friend got everyone loaded on the bus to get them to the wedding venue a half-hour before the ceremony. It was raining, and Mike had umbrella(s) and helped escort people in to keep them from getting wet between the bus and the door, which was really nice of him. He showed up again on time for the two trips back to the hotel, and he even got out of the bus to come and greet me when I happened to be in the parking lot and to congratulate me on my wedding. Nice guy! I gave him a good tip.

My experience with Virginia Coach was 100% positive; I would highly recommend them for any transportation services you need.
