Vintage Ballroom is a unique ballroom wedding venue located in Omaha, Nebraska, and it is available for ceremonies and receptions on Fridays and Saturdays. Located in the historic Old Market, the Ballroom was initially built as a loading dock for the Bemis brothers bag company in 1887 and now features on the national register of historic places. Used during the week for ballroom dance lessons, this architecturally beautiful space is ready to be transformed to create the wedding of your dreams.

Facilities and Capacity

Vintage Ballroom, with its industrial features, is a venue full of natural character suitable for ceremonies and receptions of up to 180 people. The venue provides a location full of charm, which is perfect for couples looking for a rustic barn feel within the city limits. The open, loft-like space features original hardwood floors, large vintage wooden pillars, exposed brick, and designer feature walls. Along the east wall of the Ballroom is a mezzanine area that can be used for additional seating, as a lounge area, or for a band. The venue features a full-size bar with cocktail tables and bar stools available. The bar is set up with a four-tap keg dispenser and a 48-bottle wine chiller that is ready for use. A private bridal suite is available for pre-wedding preparations. We know how important pets (fur children) are, and if your best man walks on four legs...that's fine by us, as we allow pets inside the facility by request.

Their rates include nearly everything you need to host a wedding ceremony and reception, including setup and teardown, clean up, tables and chairs to accommodate up to 180 guests, a head table, guest book table, gift table, buffet table, cake table, and a choice of ivory or black table linens. ​The use of their table centerpieces is also included. Venue rental includes the use of the microphone and house speakers for speeches and announcements, as well as customized lighting throughout the Ballroom. Vintage Ballroom is open to working with your choice of vendors, including bar and catering, and can provide recommendations if needed. In addition, the venue can offer special rates on DJ services for the ceremony and reception, photo-booth services, a day-of coordinator, security staff, and bartenders. Vintage Ballroom offers a gift certificate for a private ballroom lesson to couples booking their wedding at the venue.
