I could not begin to describe how amazing all of the staff at Vintage Ballroom was. They all made sure that what my husband and I wanted was achieved! Huge shout out to Johannah, who was in charge that evening for making sure that we were happy, even with our DJ who was being incredibly difficult and unprofessional. If I had to do my wedding over again I would pick vintage ballroom EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Rebekah at the Vintage Ballroom absolutely killed it. She is quick, professional, and detail-oriented. I provided two totes of decorations. The rest was all Rebekah's talent and expertise. From the moment we picked out the venue we had no doubt we wouldn't use Rebekah to coordinate our day. Staff decorated and cleaned up the venue. This removed so much stress from bridal planning. They listened to the specific details I wanted and filled in the gaps when I didn't know what to do. I could go on and on in great detail the amount of hard work and dedication this woman has but I will try to sum it up instead.

Lastly, my favorite, Rebekah found us a women's shelter to donate our left over food to after the wedding so that nothing went to waste. We couldn't have done that without her.

My wife and I hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at The Vintage Ballroom. It was a mid-sized event with roughly 135 people. Rebekah and her team were fantastic to work with throughout the process. If you're considering The Vintage Ballroom for your wedding venue, I can't recommend them highly enough!

I cannot express how much we loved this venue. Rebekah and her team did an amazing job of decorating, making sure things ran smoothly day off, and taking care of anything we needed. I highly recommend hiring the day of coordinator as it took the stress off of us completely! Our guests raved about how much they loved the venue!

As cheesy as it sounds, choosing Vintage Ballroom was truly one of the best decisions I made in wedding planning. The venue was perfect for our intimate winter wedding to have both ceremony and reception. Beyond that, Rebeka was fantastic to work with. We were originally scheduled in 2020, but after having to reschedule to 2021, she was so accommodating and throughout that time she's made even more awesome renovations to the space and updates in her services offered. She's very willing to work with you to create the day into what you want it to be, but also offers great suggestions. Throughout the process, I had many times where I would email Rebeka questions I had and she would always get back to me quickly and make me feel 1000 times better about whatever I was worrying about! We went with the bartender, security and Day of Coordinator and I cannot emphasize how worth it that was! I knew things were taken care of that day and they went above and beyond to take care of the little details that I would have never even thought of. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Absolutely the most wonderful experience I could have ever imagined. The owner is brilliant and incredibly professional. This venue is by far the Biggest bang for your buck in the entire city!

Best staff and venue I could've ever asked for! Rebekah is wonderful and the venue has its own character in itself. It's a beautiful place to get married and have reception! She made the day so easy for my husband and I! Even helped us load up everything at the end! Would definitely recommend!

Rebekah was welcoming from the first time we met her. She was flexible, offering suggestions as our plans changed during the pandemic. We hired her for the "day of coordinator" role and what a great decision that was! She took care of every detail that whole day and made things seem smooth and effortless. We would highly recommend this venue (and Rebekah)! The space is beautiful and was perfect for our smaller, pandemic-style event. She'll make your special day perfect from beginning to end.

The team at Vintage Ballroom was amazing!! My daughter's wedding was beautiful. We used the day coordinator, bartending (who also acted as barista) food servers, busser and DJ services. We told them what we wanted and they delivered wonderful results. They decorated, took delivery of the cake, plated the appetizers we dropped off, set up the food we had catered, took care of my guests, kept the party going, orchestrated the night, lined everyone up with sparklers for the send off, then cleaned up and packed up. I can't say enough good things about them.

The vintage ballroom is everything and more! If your looking for a venue with literally everything then look no further. The vintage ballroom includes not only a beautiful space, but also decor, linens, and tables and chairs. You can also use any caterer and your own alcohol distributor. In addition to all of this they offer an in house DJ at a discounted price as well as a day of coordinator! Rebekah, the owner acted as our coordinator and I honestly couldn’t have done it without her. There was little to no stress on our special day as she took care of everything! Rebekah was also always so easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We had to postpone due to Covid and she was so understanding. Before our wedding I had never heard of The Vintage Ballroom, but it is a beautiful venue right downtown with great parking right across the street. So happy with our decision to go with Rebekah, and the vintage ballroom!

The vintage ballroom was a very affordable wedding venue for a DIY type wedding, but still provides great accommodations such as tables/chairs/bartenders/DJ.

Rebekah was incredibly responsive and quickly answered questions throughout the entire process. As Covid-19 restrictions changed, she proactively reached out to let us know how they affected us and how we could still have the wedding we hoped for.

Rebekah as a day of coordinator made the actual wedding day stress-free and easy. She took the vision of decor and exceeded all our expectations for set up as well as coordinated with our vendors and guests throughout the evening.

The interior is elegant with an industrial feel, all the details are addressed to put a finished touch to your event. Staff was respectful and polite and treated us with such warmth.

The Vintage Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding on August 7. Not only is this venue gorgeous but Rebekah and her staff were incredible and willing to make anything work. We didn’t need much decoration with everything she offers on top of all the character this venue has. Our day was stress free and absolutely perfect! We had our wedding here and I could not say enough amazing things about this place. Rebekah is an amazing owner who made sure our day was amazing. Even during the pandemic, she reached out to us almost weekly about updates and making sure we knew what she did. If you are looking for a venue, I would recommend this place 1000 times over. It’s big enough for most family’s, with the intimate feeling of a close knit gathering.

We researched all the venues in Omaha and decided on the Vintage Ballroom for many reasons. The venue is a beautiful space with lots of character - inside and out! They offer a bridal suite, bar service, day of coordinator, DJ service, and security. You are not restricted to use any specific vendor and all prices were very reasonable. Rebekah was awesome to work with! We hired her as our day of coordinator (which was a great deal compared to other companies around town offering this service) and she went above and beyond. She helped set up and tear down, and made sure our day with went as smoothly as possible. Everyone from the venue was super respectful and helpful throughout the whole day/night. Definitely check this venue out!!

We had the absolute best experience with Vintage Ballroom and Rebekah! Firstly, it’s a gorgeous space and they’ve done some upgrades to make it over the top beautiful and perfect for what we wanted for our wedding. The process was so easy, they have tables/chairs, decor, servers, bartenders, and no restrictions on catering. We used all of their decor and only brought in flowers of our own for decoration. I would 100% recommend hiring Rebekah for day of coordinating, it made an already easy experience even more stress free! We literally dropped off buckets of flowers the night before and when we came back the next day she had decorated all of the tables, the aisle, and the ceremony arch beautifully! Rebekah is so kind and kept checking to see if we needed drinks or snacks during the night, and she even found a sewing kit for me when we had a wardrobe malfunction during dancing! I could not imagine a better place or people for a wedding, so do not hesitate to book with them for yours, you won’t regret it!

I'm so glad I found Vintage Ballroom for our reception venue. Finding a place that let us bring in our food and drink was a major plus and helped with our budget. Rebekah was extremely helpful with all of our questions, and I was very glad we had her as our day of event coordinator - took away a lot of stress! The space works great if you are planning for 150 or even 50 people, plus there's plenty of parking for guests (small parking garage across the street).

One word-WOW! 100000% recommend! This venue is absolutely beautiful and has SO much character. You really don’t even need to bring in much decor because it’s already so amazing! Plus, they have in house decor you can use! Rebekah is so accommodating, easy to work with, and she knows her stuff!! She did so many things & helped with so much stuff we didn’t even think about! She truly helped make the day flawless, easy, and fun! Not to mention, the venue is so affordable. There also isn’t a restriction on what vendors you use for food, alcohol, dj, etc. This helps save so much money & allows for so much flexibility of making the wedding truly yours. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of Vintage Ballroom!! We could go on & on about how amazing they were & all that they do for you to make your day perfect & beautiful!

We had our reception at Vintage Ballroom and I have no regrets. So much good! I love that they are across from a huge parking lot in the Old Market - we had no worries about parking. I love that we were able to bring in our own alcohol and food. We are still enjoying our "leftover" alcohol. We loved our Old Market photos taken right outside the venue - there are so many great photo opportunities nearby. Rebekah was so helpful with all the details. They played soft jazz music over the sound system so we didn't need to have our own playlist. Everything was easy and effortless and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My wife and I planned our own wedding and started by looking at venues. The Vintage Ballroom was only the second location we looked at and we put a deposit down the very next day. Rebekah and her team host a lot of events
and we quickly understood why: they are extremely good at what they do. We booked it a year in advance and Rebekah was always available and ready to answer our questions. We ended up with about 90 total guests and she had suggestions for things that would/wouldn't work, explained how things would run clearly, and has done this so many times that she's familiar with a lot of vendors around town which makes coordinating the days before, during, and after really easy. Rebekah will put in the late and long hours to make sure the event runs smoothly and her staff is prepared. Even with a photo-booth and food from different places at various times during the reception, Rebekah accommodated us and the setup so that it would all work. Simply put, the Vintage Ballroom is a wonderful family-run operation that gave us everything we could ask for on our special day. We highly recommend the Vintage Ballroom to anyone looking to get married in Omaha.

The venue itself is gorgeous and accommodating to all wedding situations. Not only was it perfect for us, but every one of our guests also adored the place and thanked us for choosing it. So beautiful that minimal additional decor is needed for events, but paired with the things we brought it felt classy and chic and provided many lovely photo ops. Vintage ballroom not only is beautiful from one end to the other, it has its own character that you can bring your own style to! Rebekah was super nice and helpful even before the actual wedding day, and on top of everything the day of wedding ! The day went smooth, perfect actually ! I had no worries at all! I would highly recommend. You can also bring your own food and alcohol. We had a ton of compliments from Our guest on how beautiful the ballroom was . Everyone had a blast! We were looking for a venue in Omaha in which we could hold our wedding ceremony and reception. We also wanted to be able to bring in our own food and alcohol...not so easy to find in Omaha. We stumbled upon Vintage Ballroom and we are so happy we did! Rebekah made everything so easy for us! The best part was being able to drop off our decor the morning of the event and showing up later in the day and it was decorated and ready to go. The next morning she had everything cleaned and packaged ready for us to pick up! Rebekah helped organize the night with out DJ so we didn’t have to worry about anything! 110% recommend using Vintage Ballroom for a wedding ceremony and/or reception! Excellent service and extremely affordable!

Rebekah was awesome to work with for our wedding reception. She was very responsive to questions, flexible with planning and execution, and she has a talent for making the room look beautiful. (It was especially helpful to use her centerpieces.) . We hired Rebekah to be our day of coordinator and she was the reason the day was stress-free for us. Having our wedding reception at the Vintage Ballroom was the best decision we made! Rebekah, the ballroom owner, was absolutely amazing to work with! She promptly answered all questions, always called back, and checked in throughout the process. We also hired her as our day of coordinator, it was worth every penny and then some! Rebekah did all of the decorating (oh my goodness it was better than I could have imagined), she ran out to get things we forgot, she checked up on us throughout our event, and she made sure everything was running smooth with all vendors! The bartenders/security hired through the ballroom was amazing as well! They were attentive to all of our needs and made our reception fun for all!
The Vintage Ballroom has amazing perks, the big one is no alcohol/catering company restrictions, but the best perk is getting to work with Rebekah and her staff!

We had a Great Gatsby themed wedding for my daughter and the Vintage Ballroom was the best choice! The space was amazing and the owner was so helpful! I was planning a wedding from Iowa to Omaha with only seeing the venue once before the big day and she made me feel so comfortable! Anytime I had a question I called her and she answered me! I would encourage other people to consider the Vintage Ballroom for their big day!

Working with Vintage Ballroom and Rebekah was the easiest part of planning my wedding. Every step of the way she was accommodating and patient. She worked with me on making appointments, walked me through everything I needed to know and kept in contact with me so I never felt like she was out of reach. Paying the extra fee for having her as our day of coordinator was worth every penny. She set up the entire venue perfectly. It was beautiful and everything I could have wanted. Rebekah and Vintage Ballroom helped make my wedding a dream.

The Vintage Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding! There was more than enough room to have dinner, to mingle and dance, and for the band. The venue is intimate and beautiful with the wood flooring and large beams, and they have a lot of beautiful decorations so you don’t have to bring too much! I definitely recommend investing in the day of coordinator as Rebekah is extremely helpful, thorough, and makes the night run so smooth that the bride and groom honestly don’t have to worry about a thing.

Rebekah is truly an amazing woman to work with. She's attentive to your wants and needs and is always readily available. She is great at what she does. Everything was perfect! On the day of, she kept asking if I needed anything and if I was ok, which was very considerate of her. I'm hoping I get to enjoy someone else's wedding there someday :) Thanks, Rebekah!

The owner of this venue was so easy to work with and it was such a good choice of paying for the day of coordinator. I did not need to worry at all at the day of the wedding!

The Vintage Ballroom and Rebekah made our wedding day more than I could ever imagined. We hired Rebekah was our day of coordinator and she took care of every little detail. We dropped the personal items we wanted used on our big day and she set everything up. The ballroom was beautifully decorated with sheer curtains, linens and center pieces. It was piece of mind to know that was one thing we did not have to worry about. A huge cost saver was the fact that we could bring in our own caterer and alcohol.

We held our ceremony and reception at the Vintage Ballroom and Rebekah kept things moving smoothly. Her and her staff reset the room quickly so my guests could enjoy the bar while the wedding party was out taking pictures.

We could not have had this perfect of a day at a reasonable cost without the help of The Vintage Ballroom, Rebekah and her staff.

We had the best experience at vintage ballroom! From the planning stages to our night, they were so amazing with the details to helping us with everything through the night. We couldn’t have been more impressed and happier!

5. No restrictions on a catering company to use, you just cannot prepare food at the venue.
6. Centerpieces, chairs, tables and (black or white) table linens provided

Our personal experience:
Rebekah was easy to work with and very accommodating. We had a final guest count of about 110 and it was comfortable in the space.

It is definitely worth it to choose Rebekah as the "day-of" coordinator. Here are some many things she did to save the day. Our caterer was late and she alerted me and started handling setting up the napkins even though it was the caterer's job. I had pew bows but forgot about them and she set them up. We had an arch but it was bare and she decorated it for us with beautiful greenery. She coordinated getting champagne glasses out to parents etc for the toasts (I had not organized that at all and she took the initiative).

I would 100% suggest using her security and bartender. Her staff was friendly and the services weren't overpriced.

We also opted for her staff to clean up and it was such a stress reliever.

We were also able to leave our gifts and leftover food overnight. (Probably not available for Friday evening weddings but I am not sure)

The following are also general rules that are neither pros or cons for us but might be dealbreakers for other couples.

1. Must provide your own alcohol (even a caterer cannot provide and serve it)
2. Max capacity is 200 and I think it would have felt cramped with that many people.
3. No candles (but her lighting is awesome and she can achieve the candlelight look)
4. If you are having a Saturday wedding, you may not be able to use the space on Friday for the rehearsal unless you rent it.

Finally, I wanted to say that every guest was impressed with the style and service at our wedding. I will probably book more (non wedding) parties with them in the future. Vintage is the best choice we made for our wedding day

To believe this place has been hiding in the Old Market of Omaha the past couple of years is astounding. Everything is so perfect, the location, the attention to detail the team puts into each piece that they have worked on. And the staff is amazingly helpful and friendly!

Why spend two or three times as much elsewhere? My wife and I were married at Vintage Ballroom in May and it was such an easy experience thanks to the owner's assistance. The physical setup of the building is great, it is well decorated and the renovations to the bar made it very fast and easy for everyone to be served timely. The process ran so smooth we almost felt like we were forgetting something. There are no restrictions on food, alcohol, DJ, etc which ended up saving us thousands of dollars. You also get the building all day long for the base price which makes setup much easier.The owner is present through all of the planning and at the event itself ensuring everything is running well. Our night went off without a hitch and I couldn't recommend Vintage Ballroom enough.

Rebecca made our reception an amazing experience and removed all the stress from planning a party. The Venue is amazing and all our guests had a great time.

I found Vintage Ballroom by pure luck and I am so thankful that I did. Rebekah and the rest of the Vintage Ballroom team were absolutely amazing. Rebekah was the most responsive and so incredibly helpful with questions and changing plans. She is so creative and will take your vision and make it even better.

As of this review, Vintage Ballroom has no exclusivity contracts with other vendors which allowed us to totally customize our day. We were even able to stock our own bar, which saved us more than $600 than what it would have cost if we had gone through the cheapest bar vendor we were able to find.

The venue is in an old warehouse space that used to be a stage theater and Rebekah has done so many amazing things to make it extra lovely. They are constantly improving it. For example, the bar was wholly different and about 4 times larger between when we viewed the venue and our wedding. She's really struck the right balance between modern and vintage, with a lot of chic colors combined with wood floors and beams.

We'd recommend Vintage Ballroom again and again!
