Vine & Oak Events is a full-service event design and floral company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Run by two sisters, Jackie and Erica, this close-knit duo works with each client to curate a personalized service for their special day. Along with our expert floral arrangement skills, we can also assist you in selecting other decor for your long-awaited event. We can offer floral design, custom event production and signage, specialty lounges, and rentals. From the first consultation to the last-minute adjustments, this team can be there to cater to you.

Services Offered

We will partner with you to create the overall aesthetic and beauty of your event. Whether that means showcasing a beautiful venue or creating an environment in a blank canvas venue. We will work with you on every detail: initial creative design, sourcing other vendors, choosing and sourcing colors, linens, stationary and calligraphy, rentals, installations such as escort walls and lounges, and—of course—floral design. If it relates to the overall look and feel of your wedding- we do it! Our event styling services will tie your entire event together.

Don’t need all of that- and only want flowers? Don’t panic, we also offer just floral design. Sometimes clients use a bit of both services. We can meet with you and see what exactly your needs are for your event and go from there.
