Facilities and Capacity

Whether your wedding is an intimate gathering or a large gala affair, Village of Royal Palm- The Cultural Center can accommodate your needs appropriately. A quartet of flexible meeting rooms can host up to 30 seated guests or 50 standing. These 600-square-foot spaces are The Colony Room, The Willows Room, La Mancha Room, and Crestwood Room. There is a pair of mid-sized spaces for banquets, namely the Full Banquet Room and the Half Banquet Room. The Half Banquet Room is a 1,200-square-foot space for up to 65 guests sitting or 125 standing. The Full Banquet Room offers a 2,400-square-foot space for up to 130 seated guests or 250 standing. For large events, you can enjoy the 4,500-square-foot Grand Ballroom. This auditorium complete with stage can equip a portable dance floor, theatre-grade stage lighting, and changing room. You can host up to 295 guests around banquet tables or up to 600 standing. You can also avail of the use of two fully-equipped kitchens for the use of licensed caterers and a storage room for rentals and decor.
