Fantastic turnout

My maid of honor and I used Victoria for my wedding and pictures. I got a good discount too! She listened to us, gave advice, we made the best decisions. Our updo and makeup were flawless and I got exactly what I wanted and my photos are fabulous. I felt awesome and my pictures show it! They turned out great. Everyone deserves to have Victoria do their styling, a great experience. I was impressed with her professionalism, how she got everything just right and wouldn't stop until it was perfection down to the finest details.

Made my wedding day stressful

Initially everything was great. Victoria was open and communicative. She was helpful with tips and ideas. But then 3 weeks before our wedding she stopped responding. I had paid IN FULL for the services anticipated, which was over $1000 but when I reached put to finalize the details on when we were to arrive at the venue on the day of it was radio silence. I tried emailing and calling multiple times. The venue manager attempted to reach out to her as well without success. Then she no-call, no-showed on the day of. No apology or explanation was given. I've asked for a refund and have received no reply. Who does that for someone's wedding?!? Come to find out after digging a little deeper that she has done this MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE! Do not use her for your wedding.

Wedding nightmare!

I’m not one to write reviews but I want to warn others about booking Victoria for wedding services. I booked her 6 months in advance and secured my wedding date with a deposit. Had multiple phone calls with her and she seemed very nice. However, a month before my wedding I could not reach her at all. Tried calling, texting, and emailing her multiple times. No response. She ghosted me. I still don’t know why because I haven’t heard from her. I did not receive my deposit back and I had to scramble to find someone else a month before my wedding. A wedding nightmare! If you want someone reliable for your wedding day, do not book with her! Terrible experience!

Horrible experience.

I am an active duty service member in the Army. I tried using her for my wedding and she she started off strong with the communication until i paid her and it went out the door. 17 days before my big day and i sent several emails and my inspiration pictures and asking to speak with her to get updated and figure out pricing again because i lost the email and i haven’t heard anything. It got to the point where no calls, texts, or emails were being responded to so i chose to go a different route. Now I’m out $200 and she will still not respond or give me my money back. Did i mention I’m in the military and she’s screwing me over??? If you’re looking into her…do not do it!

Horrible experience

I had a terrible experience with her. She was unorganized, rescheduled on me 3 times, and lied to me about weather affecting her studio. I asked for my deposit back and she refused, despite the fact that she never did ANYTHING and I had to find another makeup artist at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone.
