Veraci PIzza did the catering for our wedding and we had rave reviews from our guests! Though we didn't get to really eat much at the wedding itself, when we went in for our original tasting, they were very generous and let us try whatever we wanted in order to make the choice for what we wanted to have at the wedding. Honestly, we were a bit hesitant to have them do our wedding food, because we had gone in to the actual restaurant once before and didn't like the food that much, but after the individual tasting with the owner, Laura, our minds were changed and we were excited to have them on board for the wedding.

As for the actual wedding flow, they weren't able to setup the pizza cart within the venue for space reasons, so they brought the pizzas out two at a time and set them on the buffet table. They were fast so people didn't have to wait to long for their table to be called. They had a lot of options for toppings so there was something for everyone. We also ordered a few gluten free pizzas so they were able to make those for our guests right away when they went to the table and requested them! That was a big plus for our gluten free friends.

We ordered two of their salads and the two types of breadsticks/cheesy bread as well and those were a delicious side.

The price was reasonable for the food we got. It was much less expensive than another wood fired pizza truck option in the Spokane area and since their prices were right on the website I didn't feel like we were trying to haggle for cost. There were even several pizzas left over that we were able to send home with some of the guests!

Overall, we will definitely visit them for dinner again. I'd recommend them to anyone who is looking for catering and wants an experienced and casual group to be at their wedding!
