I can get my set cleaned every three months free of charge, and he always checks to make sure my diamond is secured. The one time it seem to be loose and my band had become a bit bent (I slammed my hand in a bank vault door) he fixed it free of charge. My fiancé's family gets all of their fine jewelry from Vaughn's, and after my experience, so will I.
