My husband and I cannot recommend Steve and Heather highly enough. I am not very comfortable getting pictures taken of me, especially emotional and intimate pictures at that, but Steve and Heather put me at ease immediately and really let my husband and I get into the moment without feeling self conscious. They were very considerate and always took into account what we wanted (no obnoxious staged photos). Their photos are timeless and truly captured the emotions and excitement of the day. They also have a very keen eye for great locations to take photos, so you don't have to worry about having 100 pictures all in the same spot. We truly enjoyed working with them and If we are ever in need of professional photography again, we will definitely be using Heather and Steve!

Steve and Heather Van De Steene, of Van De Steene photography, are the perfect wedding photographers. It has as much to do with the type of people Steve and Heather are as it does the quality of their work. From our first meeting with Steve, we felt comfortable, very excited and it was made clear that his only goal was to make sure our wedding day was perfect. Steve wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted out of our wedding day and offered plenty of fun, creative suggestions that only enhanced our excitement. In addition to photography, Steve helped us plan and organize our wedding day as well. He recommended some other great vendors in which we ended booking and he also helped craft our wedding day timeline. He never once hesitated to help us with anything we needed, easing our concerns about things we were unsure of.

On our wedding day, we had an absolute blast with them! They made the day fun, calmed our nerves, and had us laughing the whole time. All of which made for some great photos!

We received our photo gallery in a very timely fashion and were blown away. Going through the many beautifully shot and edited photos brought tears to our eyes as we relived the best day of our lives. Steve and Heather completely and magnificently captured every detail of our wedding from beginning to end. Overall, we could not be more grateful to have had Steve and Heather be such an integral part of our wedding. We feel we didn’t get just great photographers, but also two great friends.
