Absolutely the BEST
Luckily for us, we found Nicole! She looked over our room contract, advised us on how to handle unbooked rooms to avoid penalties from the resort, and even set up a separate casual block for our guests who hadn’t booked yet. She also coordinated our airport shuttles and our shuttle to and from our venue, making the whole weekend running smoothly from arrival to departure. She has an excellent relationship with many vendors and was able to secure amazing prices for us.
As well as being a travel expert, she was also a bride at my venue, and Nicole also had a wealth of experience with various vendors, scheduling and in general making an anxious bride LESS anxious! She kept in constant contact with both us and our guests and was also transparent and honest with us no matter what. She was also patient and amenable, like when we noticed that hotel rates had dropped, we asked her to rebook some guests so they could take advantage of the lower rate, she did it no questions asked. We also changed our plans last minute and added an extra day and she helped us coordinate that for our parents.
Leading up to the wedding, she even sent us a lovely Mr and Mrs set of vow books, hats, passport holder and luggage tags, all of which we happily used. We truly felt like she was with us every step of the way and we cannot stop recommending her to friends and family, not just for destination weddings but also travel in general! Nicole has a proven track record and our wedding is just one of her many successes.
