Carol was essential in coordinating our destination wedding in Costa Rica! She assisted in choosing our venue, providing pros and cons of each location. It was extremely helpful that she had actually been to the venue we ended up choosing. Carol was great with communicating with our guests; we had 48 people attending from 5 different states! She coordinated with the resort in Costa Rica to handle our guests' accommodations, and was crucial in connecting me (the busy bride!) with the wedding planning staff. Everything went very smooth, and I would work with Carol again in a heartbeat!

Leah was amazing in helping us with our honeymoon! We couldn’t decide were to go and she happily put a number of proposals together to help us decide on were to go for our special vacation. She made this process super easy on us. I had nothing to stress about. Even when our red eye flight from Phoenix to JFK got delayed she was there to help and answer any questions we had! Fortunately we made our connection but having her there made me feel a lot more comfortable! If you need a travel agent I totally recommend Leah. We will be using her in all our future traveling needs!

We had the best experience working with Beach Bridal Vacations for our destination wedding in May 2026! We had around 50 guests traveling to Mexico, and she made the entire process so much easier. Saundra helped everyone coordinate their rooms and travel to and from the resort which was so helpful! She was incredibly communicative, patient, informative and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything feel stress-free and was always so easy to work with. She kept us in the loop and made sure we understood and were supported in the whole process. We are so grateful for all her help in making out wedding so special! HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a destination wedding!!
