We were promised our wedding video of our beautiful and special day month after month. It was not received for 4 months after which we were promised which seems like a long time for someone who did not review nor edit the footage. The first 15 seconds of the men getting ready showed someone in our wedding party completely pants less. The entire video is just people talking, when I pictured our wedding video you’d think music would be playing the majority of the time and only clips of people talking not the entire thing which is more annoying than not. You can just imagine the horror in our parents face as we watched the video together thinking that it would be a great family experience to enjoy again together. We are horrified that this would be in our video that we were planning to watch for many years to come. When we asked Ben why he would allow this footage and not edit it out, we were told that the wedding party specifically requested this be included. Anyone with common sense or even common decency should know that the couple paying for the video would never allow this. We’re completely disgusted. We were not offered any compensation for this. I hope anyone who finds this review and is considering using this vendor will run far far away.
