Had good experience dealing with this small reputable company. rate was competitive and vehicle real nice, clean and new. Most importantly, driver was accommodating and followed our last minute directions without hesitation. I recommend and would use again.

I learned from my experience planning my wedding is that you should look at the credentials of the company, how long they have been in business, the fleet being new, competent drivers and most of all getting a competitive price for all this. I recommend this company since they provided me on my wedding day brand new party bus that held 40 pass comfortably, brand new shuttle bus for my guests, drivers were on time and very professional. Whatever reviews I read did not change my mind about the company since being in the business field myself and owning my own shop, I knew one upset customer that don't want to pay for the service does not speak for all the happy customers that are keeping this company in business.
I definitely recommend and would use their services again. Just this past weekend, one of my friend's daughter and her group booked a party bus with this company for their prom. They had a blast and thanked me so much.

We booked a ~24 pax shuttle and were very satisfied with the vehicle and the service. They were professional, easy to work with, and executed pickup and drop-off on time and safely. Great value, and would recommend.

Avoid at all costs
DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. This company is a scam. They don't even own the limos/buses they rent and lease them through another company. The customer service is the absolute worst. If there is a problem with your vehicle- which I guarantee you there will be- you will pay the price, literally without any remorse or acknowledgement.
I rented a party bus for a bachelorette party, there were 14 of us- we were going to 2 wineries from DC into VA. Total trip one way was about an hour. The bus driver was pleasant- no initial problems but upon stepping on the bus it was very very warm. I asked the driver if we could turn the AC on- the driver stated that once we get moving it will start to really run. Ok, fair enough. We got moving and still, no AC. It was as if the fan mode was just blowing the entire time. But we made it to our first winery stop. We confronted the driver again about the lack of AC and how it was starting to get really hot back there. Driver stated that this company doesn't even own the bus so there was nothing he could do but stated he would call. Fast forward to leaving - we get on the bus to leave and it's hot- really hot. It was already an unseasonably hot day in the DMV to begin with but it was so bad. We were all drenched in sweat as if we were in a sauna. The driver had to pull over for us to get off to cool off and someone to be sick from legit heat exhaustion........it was an experience. When we finally arrived back to our hotel the driver stated "I guess this means I won't get a tip". I personally had already sent a tip for the driver when I made my final payment the day before our trip. Made me believe this scam of a company didn't even give this poor man the tip I provided. I then contacted the company about this situation- they told me that the AC was working and how it would have been impossible for it not to be. Funny thing is that I have pictures of the check engine light on, the driver admitted that it was not working but ok. It became more of a safety issue to be honest. The windows in the bus did not open, there was no ventilation in the bus, no AC and the temps went up to 97 degrees that day. So yes, yes it was pretty close to impossible to with stand it. Then the "reservation specialist" from the company in all caps stated that they will do nothing to fix this experience.
If you want a broken bus that is not actually owned by the company you are renting it from then take your chances but I ensure you if you use this company you will have problems. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible do not use
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were two full hours late picking us up, and when we called the dispatch, the woman on the phone SCREAMED at us, told us "I don't have time to deal with you, if you don't want the bus I am going to tell him to come back and no refund". We got back later than expected because of how late they came to pick us up, and the woman charged us $200 extra without talking to us, and then blamed us because they missed their next job BC THEY WERE LATE. She is now trying to charge us for that job, called us thieves and disgusting people repeatedly, even though we were nothing but professional and paid the extra $200 with no issue. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, they are thieves and don't deserve anyone's business.

Absolute worst customer service. Tina over there is beyond rude and seems to be incompetent in every possible way. We booked them for my wedding this past weekend, 8/13/16, had spoke with Tina multiple times about adding a extra stop to pick up hotel guests at 4:15 to arrive at the wedding at 4:45 (its a 30mins drive to the hotel from the venue and then 30mins back with out including loading times) Diver was still sitting in parking lot at 4:05 at the venue, my mother had to go over to him and tell him (yell at him) to get the rest of the hotel guests for the wedding which was supposed to start at 5pm. It started almost 30mins late and we were rushed the rest of our short night because of it.
We have documents with the added stop and even payed more for the added stop but we were told that because no one called to tell her about it on Saturday (you know since it was not crazy enough in the middle of our wedding to have to take care of that too) and that they they did do the three runs we could not be compensated what so ever. Even though it was 100% was her fault for not updating the driver which was 30 MINS! late bringing guests! (he also spoke little to no English so that was fun trying to get him to understand us). They have been disrespectful and ridiculous over there with no care for the customer or what should have been a perfect day for us.
They seem to also be affiliated with DC Bus Charter and American DC Limousine so I will be paying Tina and Tony (the manager with no set hours) a visit at 3057 Nutley St Fairfax, VA 22031. And so will my lawyer and the courts of Fairfax VA
