I am so so so happy we went with UTS for our wedding. We had them transport from the Chapel to the Omni. It was cheap, easy, clean, and provided a fun throw back for all the UVA alumni. Our driver was awesome and they were super accommodating. All our guests appreciated the transportation. If you're looking for a quick, easy, and CHEAP way to transport your guests look no further.

We used University Transit Services shuttles to get our guests to and from our wedding ceremony in Crozet. The staff we worked with were very organized, and the shuttles arrived promptly at the hotels to pick up our guests. The shuttles were much more affordable than some of the other private bus options we had looked into. We are very happy with our decision to use UTS, and would highly recommend them.

After searching several different transportation services our wedding coordinator recommended to use UVA's bus'. Being a VT graduate I was skeptical. However the cost couldn't be beat! Everything worked out without a hitch. I Highly recommend their services.

We loved using UTS for our wedding transportation. They accept bookings 6 months in advance so we marked our calendar and sent them an email on the 6 month out date. I found it a little difficult to communicate with the coordinator. He was sometimes hard to track down and not always forthcoming with all of the information I needed. Had to ask multiple times to get my questions answered via phone/email. However, UTS delivers absolutely the best value and flexibility in Charlottesville and I am confident that we made the right choice. We didn't need transportation for our wedding party but did need to move our guests from hotels on The Corner to Castle Hill (in Keswick about 30 minutes away) at two different times and back again at the end of the night. UTS was able to work with us to pay for exactly what we needed, and nothing more. I appreciated the low minimum time ranges and low costs. They say that their buses only hold 36 people each but drivers will let many people stand increasing the capacity by at least 10-20 people which was a huge help. The student drivers were fantastic and seemed to be having as much fun as we were. Our guests loved being on the UVA buses again as alumni and we loved that our driver changed the route name to say Foxfield Races (instead of Wedding Charter) for us :) When working with UTS, you should expect to do some leg work on your own to design the transportation schedule that you need on your own. You should also rest assured that, day of, everything will be perfect.
