Unique Elements Wedding & Events is Orlando based, but travels to surrounding ideas, serving clients joyous, adventurous, busy professionals for a wedding planner or event planner to plan their timeless event. We specialize in intimate and small event of up to guest sizes of 100 attendees.

Guest attendance, managing vendors and even setting up websites can sometimes steal the joy of planning an event. This can sometimes lead to overwhelm because you're wondering who to book and what to spend. This is one of our areas of expertise because we help you streamline the planning process and guide you from invitations to seating charts.

We understand that when you are just getting started, everything can seem more expensive than you originally imagined. One of the benefits when working with us in our full-service package is that we help you make smart, informed decisions based on your priorities and make more reserved decisions on areas that are less important. The best part is that we love it when we can help a client who doesn't want to have their celebration be like the basic event they'd attended before. We get super excited when on a discovery call we find a potential client that wants to do something DIFFERENT, something that will truly tell their unique story, with their Out-Of-The-Box personal ideas.

The planning process with us is a collaborative effect between you and our team. We have a discovery call, then sign a client services agreement that has a low commitment cost of $50. This low-commitment investment gives us access to a much deeper dive (or second date if you will), for us to get to know you and analyze your needs to find the right package for you. Once we've had our second date, if we are the right fit for each other, we sign the contract for the agreed-upon service, and the $50 payment is taken off the package price. If we find that we are not the right fit, the $50 becomes compensation for the time and expertise shared.

All of this can be done electronically, from setting up our meeting times using our scheduler (Calendly), and our CRM (Rock, Paper, Coin) which allows you to sign documents and also acts as a Client Portal. Everything happens in real-time and can be done from the comfort of your home or mobile device.

Awsome experience

Unique Elements was awsome very helpful and ontime, we was well taken care of every step of the way. We only had to say the word and it was done. She did a wonderful job with the budget we had.

From the first contact to days after our wedding day Unique Elements Wedding & Events LLC took care of every single aspect of it. All our ideas were festered into reality, the anxiety and the emotional roller coaster were all under controlled as we knew we had the best wedding planner on our side.
The compliments that were expressed after the wedding regarding the choice in the beautiful the venue, the decor and the design was and honestly the vision came together only because we had Unique Elements Wedding & Events LLC on it the whole time. We would strongly recommend Unique Elements Wedding & Events LLC and you honestly don't have to stress about a single thing on the day of your wedding. Most brides look back and say that their wedding day was probably one of the most stressful days of their lives, running around, ensuring things are moving according to plan. For me, my wedding day was one of the most relaxing days of my life. It was completely stress-free and not once did I ever cared about the schedule or even glanced at it. That's really the crux of hiring an awesome wedding planner. Working with Unique Elements in preparation for our wedding was the best decision I had made leading up to our special day. Danielle worked with me from inception to completion and I was highly impressed with the professionalism and care that was taken to plan our day. She assisted with the ordering of items, right down to the cake tasting. I felt comfortable the entire time trusting her with EVERY DETAIL. I told her my colors and my vision and she blew our minds.

Our wedding was originally planned for October 22nd, 2017, however,
was postponed due to Hurricane Irma and Maria that caused much destruction throughout the Caribbean Islands. Due to the change of date, our original vendors were also unable to accommodate us, which meant we were tasked with finding a new location, setting a new date etc, all of this while recovering from a Cat 5 hurricane.

It was the most stressful time of my life, but Danielle helped to keep me calm and focus the entire time. She was able to do all of this across the seas as I reside in the Turks and Caicos Islands and she in the United States.

A new date and venue was set within 2 months and we were able to enjoy the time of our lives on December 3rd, 2017 at the Seven Stars Resort in the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands.
