My family has known Ronnie and Paula for years and, along with their staff, they made our wedding amazing. We met with Ronnie and Paula a few times throughout our planning process to decide our appetizers, courses, and all the details of the event. Ronnie is truly a creative chef and is willing to try anything. For our wedding, Ronnie made sure to make food that worked well with the winter season. We had warm, comforting appetizers (stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta and squash soup in shot glasses), a refreshing winter salad (argula + spinach with sliced pear, feta cheese, and homemade strawberry vinaigrette) and delicious dinner of black currant and rum chicken with garlic mashed potatoes (amazing) and fresh green beans. The food at our wedding made a great impression on our guests, and I have never been so full! Also, my father has special dietary needs and wasn't able to eat the appetizers that we selected, but Ronnie made sure to make an entire tray of altered appetizers so he could enjoy them along with our guests.
The head waitress Krystin was equally amazing to work with. Krystin was on top of all the details and she and Paula definitely acted as wedding planners. They were always available via phone or email to answer any questions I had, and they went above and beyond working with our reception site to make sure the day went smoothly. The head bartender Pat was also really creative and flexible and worked with my husband to create a great presentation and some delicious drinks!
I cannot say enough positive things about all the work that everyone at Uncle Ronnie's Catering did for us to make our wedding day spectacular.
