I cannot say enough about my hair on my wedding day! I wore my hair down with deep waves. Every single strand of hair was in place for the entire night, my waves were so bouncy and full! Janice was professional, she arrived on time and was even kind enough to do some light touches to my bridesmaids ponytails. It is now two days before my wedding in which we scheduled the installation of the hair so that on the wedding day she could just style . I arrive on time (7:00 am) only to learn the shop was closed . I sent an email after 10 minutes in the parking lot to which an assistant responded to my email “she had to drop a family member off at school and she would arrive 20 minutes late “. Not only did she arrive 30 minutes late, but there was no apology or even acknowledgment of her lateness. But to add insult to injury she also STARTED SERVICING ANOTHER CLIENT when she was only halfway through my own. Enough is enough ! I did speak up about this given that I was now running late to all other wedding errands (e.g nails , family flying into town) because she arrived late .

The Wedding Day : I guess this was to be expected . Of course she arrived late. After starting my hair she then asked for the wifi so that she could complete work for an online class. While she is on her laptop, my makeup artist reminds her that in order to complete the makeup she needed the hair to be finished . It was at this point , she finishes the hair and makeup was able to finish her job . Naturally, I am now running behind to the venue and the photographer had to cut down on the pictures he could take because of this .

I cannot stress this enough : I DO NOT RECOMMEND Unblevable Hair . There are many bridal beauticians in Houston and on your wedding day you want to choose the one who not only can do hair but also adds no additional stress !
