My husband and I are picky when it comes to food. We want fresh. We want local. And we didn't want a bunch of wasted left overs like most weddings have.
Martin and the Umami crew did an absolutely amazing job! Our guests were blown away by the yummy, fresh food and the presentation is great. There were several photos of the food posted on facebook that night! We were stoked to support a local business who works with locally sourced food. Also, Martin was able to create an awesome custom menu (several appetizers and 3 entrees for guests to choose from) that accommodated my dietary restrictions. He was professional, responsible and more than helpful throughout the entire process. AND the prices cannot compete with most icky wedding food catering. We cannot recommend Umami enough - food truck wedding is the way to go! :)
