- Derek, the sales rep. Very friendly. Gave me the best deal. I googled around, called other vendors, definitely got the best deal. I paid for an excursion limo that would carry 11 of us (bridal party) from reception to hotel the night of the wedding. Another limo to take us from hotel to venue the day of the wedding. Another reg size limo to pick up my hubby and I from venue to our hotel. We put down a small deposit. Paid balance per vehicle when they showed.
- 2 vehicles showed up late. The first limo, 8pm pick up, said it was bc he was picking up liquor. In my mind I'm thinking, "what did you do all day?! Plan ahead!" The third limo was at the wrong address. Seriously? It's a private guarded gated entry. The guard gives directions if you don't know. There is only ONE venue in the community. How do you end up at a "different address"? My videographers left. My photographer (God bless him) stayed for farewell photos. The guy took forever to drive off. What was he waiting for? My hubby had to knock on the window to tell him to drive, while my guests were waiting for us to leave.
- the second "excursion" limo that picked up the girls and I from our hotel to take us to the venue, A) gave us attitude because it "took too long". It was my wedding day. Best believe we were close to on time! I scheduled the limo at 330, we were down by 340. B) it wasn't an excursion, but a party bus. Really though? Maybe they chose that for luggage purposes?
All in all. Derek was great, the vehicles were clean, not bad tasting champagne (you get to choose the liquor). Thinking back, I would give the company a different time slot so that if they "ran late" or "at a different address", it wouldn't affect the wedding party.
