Ulisess Catering

Excellent food and service! We had attended two events that were catered by Ulises's Catering and had loved the food. Everything that we've had from them was delicious, so when it came time to plan our wedding, we knew right away we wanted to hire them! They have many options to choose from and they work with you to find the best fit for you. The owner is super friendly and graciously worked with us as we had to postpone our wedding twice. He made the process very easy and we're so grateful for that! In addition to the food, they also provided all the tableware and linens/napkins. Our guests loved the food, we loved the food, and overall had an excellent experience with them.

This company was recommended by my husband's colleague. They have a wide variety of menu selections, and the prices range accordingly. There is a sit-down dinner option available, but we opted for the buffet due to the number of guests. We selected the "Stephanie Buffet" because we wanted to have salmon on the menu--this menu consisted of prime rib, stuffed chicken breast, salmon, and pasta, as well as green and caesar salads, and a bread roll station,
Everything was done from the beginning--the caterers provided the linens (we got to choose the colors), china, flatware, glasses, and toasting flutes, We did not have to use anything from the venue, even though the venue had the items available. Set up and clean up was quick and easy, but most importantly, the food was delicious. It was hot and fresh,even in the chafing dishes, and there were no left overs.
We had guests commenting that this was the best wedding food that they had had. The caterer also made sure that we had time to eat, and that we were the first in line to the buffet.
