I stumbled across JD on WeddingWire about a week after he moved back to the area and I am so lucky I did! He was a bit of an undiscovered gem in the area when I first contacted them, but it's clear he's making a name for himself in the Philly/NJ wedding scene. There are some talented and popular wedding photographers in the area, but I wanted something different than all of my friends who were recently married, and I knew JD could deliver.

From our first meeting he was clear and calm in what he needed to provide the service and photos I was looking for, while also being lots of fun and creative with a great eye for both classic wedding photography and more artistic approaches. He did a great job of making sure we were hitting our shot list without being intrusive. And most importantly he helped us turn a terrible weather day into an awesome and unique photo shoot!

I believe he's become more competitive with his pricing since I initially booked him last spring, but he's still a fantastic value. He and his assistant were with us the entire 11-hour day, and their quality of service was excellent. So far the few photos I've seen have been incredible and I can't wait to get my hands on the rest!!
