The James and many of their other affiliated properties have been and will continue to be the destination for many of my hotel stays and events in New York City. From simple overnights to Birthdays and New Years Eve Parties I have never been left with anything short of an amazing and memorable experience. Excellent service from beginning to end and if anything isn't absolutely perfect they always seem to already there to help. No hiding, No excuses, No "I can't do that", and they always go the extra mile. All in all, The James is an excellently run and beautiful Hotel with an amazing staff in an energetic and exciting part of New York City. Two Thumbs up.
