He put our ceremony together quickly and made small adjustments days before the wedding when I asked. Reverend George helped us craft a beautiful ceremony, and delivered it with eloquence, warmth, and humor.

He began by meeting us informally, on a couple of occasions, getting to know a bit about us, which we did both by Skype from Seattle, and in-person at a Tucson Starbucks.

George then created a draft of our ceremony, giving it to us to look over and make sure it felt right for us. He was open to any changes we might wish to make, but we found that we really couldn't have said anything better.

George then took us through the rehearsal, guiding us and our bridal party with confidence, humor, and poise. When it came to the ceremony itself, we discovered that he truly has a poet's gift for feeling when everyone is becoming deeply emotional, and knowing where to insert a comedic reprieve, before the mascara starts to run.

We are only too happy to recommend his excellent services, so that other couples may benefit from his expertise and deft hand.

Our only regret is that Rev. George was not able to stay to enjoy a leisurely dinner, and receive more justly-deserved compliment, because he was asked to fill in at another wedding, at the last minute.

Rev George Darmody did an excellent job officiating our marriage on 03/31/16 at Oasis at Wild Horse Ranch.
