Boxwood is Amazing!!!

Where do I even start! Boxwood was so amazing and easy to work with. From the first meeting to the catering meetings to meeting and working with our amazing coordinator, Rachel, Boxwood made us feel taken care of. The food on the day of was absolutely delicious and we got many compliments. Everything on the day of went exactly to plan all thanks to the amazing team and especially our coordinator, Rachel. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and so were our guests. Every instruction I gave was followed to a T, and I couldn’t have done any of the wedding without them. I am so happy we got married at the Trinity River Audubon center which is absolutely gorgeous, and that we had Boxwood to help us every step of the way. If you are on the fence, DO IT! Your day will be so much easier with Boxwood and their staff!

Wouldn’t Change A Thing!

We had our wedding at one of Boxwood Hospitality’s venues, The Trinity River Audubon Center in May of 2025 - and it was the best night of our lives so far!

TRAC is an absolutely STUNNING venue that is managed by the BEST group - Boxwood Hospitality. We seriously have nothing negative to say about both the venue and group, only a million positives!

We have never seen or been to a cooler venue in our life - such a unique and artistic building that is beautifully surrounded by nature. You truly don’t feel like you’re in Dallas here (but still super easy to get to and from hotels in the city!) We had people telling us the whole night that this is the coolest venue they have been to.

Everyone we met and worked with made this such a seamless experience. Each and every person through Boxwood was kind and so helpful, and you can tell they really love their job. It’s hard to put into words how great this group is - but I truly cannot recommend booking one of their venues enough. The food through their catering team is SO good too! We had compliments on it (and literally everything else) all night long!

Seriously cannot recommend this venue (or any through Boxwood Hospitality!) enough! We have been recommending them to all of our friends in the area, and recommend them to anyone reading this review as well! 10000000/10!!!

Couldn’t have done it anywhere else!

Our experience with Boxwood Hospitality was amazing! The venue was beautiful, the staff was so easy to work with from the beginning and Carly (the wedding coordinator) helped make the entire planning process stress-free. Yes, you get a wedding coordinator assigned to you to four months out handle day-of planning! It saved us a lot in having to get a planner or day of coordinator. You also get linens included (your choice color) for the tables which was so helpful and seamless. I did a lot of research on venues and this was by far the best option for our budget and the vibe we were looking for. It blends nature and modern architecture. The ceremony takes place on a covered patio, cocktail hour is in the lobby or outside the doors in a covered atrium, and the reception is inside the big hall — so everything will always be covered, which is perfect for this crazy and unpredictable Texas weather! Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue and the food provided by the catering team. It’s all homemade by a family run kitchen team and we just loved everything on the menu. Can’t say enough about our experience with Boxwood!

Boxwood Hospitality & Catering is Amazing

The Boxwood Team was incredible to work with from start to day of. Every step was handled professionally & they kept us organized throughout the planning, especially given our tight schedule. Our Coordinator Julia Trejo was awesome - she made our daughter's wedding day spectacular and we were able to relax and enjoy the event. The catering team was delightful to work with and the food was outstanding -kept hearing all night how great the food was, "best food ever at a wedding". The family style service was a huge hit with our guests. Planning and executing a wedding is stressful but Boxwood helped us create a beautiful wedding. We did not even need a wedding planner because Boxwood handled so much: Concierge services to start the process, helping with budgeting & scheduling, onsite planning meetings, communication with our other vendors, set up coordination and running the show day of, Julia even did the bustle on the bride's dress! The bride and groom were so happy and had high compliments for Boxwood and Julia. I highly recommend Boxwood Hospitality and Catering. I could go on and on, you will not regret having Boxwood on your team! THANK YOU BOXWOOD & JULIA!

Great all-in-one hospitality service

Boxwood Hospitality (Maggie, Carly, and Chef Justo) did an outstanding job of both setting the stage for a magical evening, as well as eliminating much of the stress of planning in the weeks and months prior to our wedding day. Their knowledge of relevant vendors, great selection of venues, and an absolutely incredible kitchen ensured that our most special day was exactly the high quality and memorable event that we had hoped for.
Maggie kept us organized and on-time throughout the long planning and execution phases, and she and her team responded to questions and emails quickly and effectively. During the event they were nimble and responsive to small change requests and we felt thoroughly at ease throughout. Maggie has a deep passion for her work and her warm and energetic personality made her a pleasure to work with. Chef Justo deserves a special shout out as our guests all pointed out that it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Highly recommended! *chef's kiss*

Smooth & stress fee wedding!

We wanted to choose a venue that was partially inclusive- they provide catering, month-of-coordinator, bartenders, servers, all the stuff you would normally have to rent (linens, chairs, etc.). Everyone at Boxwood was fantastic, especially our coordinator, Emma! She was super friendly, very communicative, and made wedding planning seem easy. We chose a meal plan that included a charcuterie, and everyone loved the food. We would definitely recommend Trinity River Audubon Center, as well as Boxwood. Also, the weather was perfect on our wedding day! I know that has nothing to do with the venue/vendor, lol.

Our wedding was a DREAM!

Wow! Our wedding day was a DREAM thanks to the team at Boxwood Hospitality and Trinity River Audubon Center! A unique wedding venue with a stellar management team!

The Trinity River Audubon Center is such a unique wedding venue, with it's beautiful glass building looking out into the dense greenery of southeast Dallas. You feel transported out of the city! Not only was the venue an absolute dream, but Boxwood Hospitality was amazing to work with! From our first consult to our wedding day, they were incredibly professional and personable. Madison was our Boxwood coordinator and she was always quick to reply to our questions and so sweet! Chef Justo and the catering team were also fantastic! Anyone who chooses to work with Boxwood will not be disappointed!

Best Night Ever!

Had an amazing wedding at Trinity River Audubon Center with Boxwood Hospitality. The venue was stunning, surrounded by nature. The food was incredible—diverse menu, delicious dishes. Greatest experience EVER!

Our wedding day at Trinity River Audubon Center was PERFECT! Madison, day of coordinator from Boxwood Hospitality, was MAGICAL. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day and vision was exactly what we wanted. Our food was so delicious that our guests still rave about it!

Overall the entire experience from start to finish was very stress-free. I STRONGLY recommend anyone to have their wedding at one of the Boxwood hospitality locations!
