My future hubby had an awesome experience here, they were so helpful in picking out the most amazing engagement ring - custom made and better than what I could have imagined myself! We went back and purchased his wedding band there as well. They are a family run business, local, and affordable with very beautiful jewelry products. Not hard sellers and are attentive to you when showing their products, unlike a lot of higher chain stores. Highly recommend them and will be using for future gifts and occasions!

We wanted a custom pair of rings - white gold bands with small diamonds on the inside. They wanted way less than the last people we got quotes from (about 2/3 the price).
But - they were really slow to contact me. I had to phone them after about a month of waiting to hear back and they said they had been waiting on me to come in. It wasn't a big deal because we still had plenty of time but it would have been nice to know.
The craftsmanship on my ring was great. The little diamond on the inside was beautifully set and I was quite happy. My fiance's ring wasn't quite as pretty. It looked like the diamond setting had been messed up and redone and it wasn't very cleanly set. But it was good enough. He didn't mind it, and the outside of the ring looked fine so we kept with it.
All in all I'm not unhappy - it's a local store (I like to support local small businesses), the price was great, and the rings turned out ok. But if you're particularly picky you may not be satisfied with these guys.
