Cathy was a very helpful agent that went over and above to help us with our travel plans. She went out of her way to research areas of Puerto Rico to stay and lodging although she had little prior experience with what the island has to offer. We stayed in 3 different cities over 10 days and she did an excellent job in helping us decide where to stay, booking all the reservations and following up with updated itineraries.
