Karin helped make the destination wedding of our dreams come true! Perfect hotel, set us up with transportation for me and my guests, took care of the room blocks and set up an easy link for my guests to follow (wedding party of 65) she made it all possible! Quick response time, was available to email, call and text as well as meet in person. Would definitely recommend Karin to help with any/all destination wedding needs.

I would recommend Travel by Del Valle to family, friends, and anyone looking for a travel agent to help plan a vacation. I got married this past July and Karin helped immensely with planning the honeymoon. I found her on Wedding Wire and I am so glad I went with her. She is very personable, kind, and offers honest travel advice. I am an inexperienced traveler and Karin made sure to give me practical tips for traveling out of the country. We went to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and stayed at a Sandals resort. She booked the all-inclusive resort for me and gave me $100 off an excursion by booking with her agency. She also ensured we received the room that we wanted and offered tips for traveling to Jamaica. She recommended getting Club Mobay for the airport - a service that allows quicker boarding through the Montego Bay airport when returning to the US and when coming into the country a Club Mobay associate will meet you at the gate and walk you through the airport and to the shuttle. This was amazing for us because we did not have to worry about anything. She also offered recommendations for items to bring, places to go, and what to try.

Karin was professional and friendly. She helped me plan an incredible honeymoon vacation that my wife and I will remember forever. I will most likely use her again in the future for out of the country travel.

This family trip would not have happened if it weren’t for Karin. When I saw all the work involved I knew it wasn’t for me. She did EVERYTHING! She constantly kept me informed and went over and above doing research and she always answered all my questions. She was always available to the family, even while we were on the trip. I tell everyone about her when I talk about the trip. I trust her judgment and will always go to her when planning travel.

We stayed at a couples only resort in Jamaica. It was so beautiful! Karin helped the process so easy from start to finish. With the extra steps involved traveling international during a pandemic is daunting. However Karin breezed us through. She responded promptly with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!

Karen was our Travel Agent for our Honey Moon in 2020 and then again we used her in 2021-2022. Karen listened to everything we wanted and totally nailed it. We had the best Honey Moon and then we went back again in 2022. Would have gone back in 2021 but ya know the Rona goofed that up.
Karen literally took our call any time of day also worked with us on Saturdays which made it convenient for us since we work 9-5 M-F.
She also remembered to send us with things we wouldn't have thought of.... Clips for our chairs so the towel doesn't blow away and straws since our resort only had paper ones.
Upon returning home we received a gift from Karen thanking us for using her services which was so lovely.
