Karin helped make the destination wedding of our dreams come true! Perfect hotel, set us up with transportation for me and my guests, took care of the room blocks and set up an easy link for my guests to follow (wedding party of 65) she made it all possible! Quick response time, was available to email, call and text as well as meet in person. Would definitely recommend Karin to help with any/all destination wedding needs. -

We stayed at a couples only resort in Jamaica. It was so beautiful! Karin helped the process so easy from start to finish. With the extra steps involved traveling international during a pandemic is daunting. However Karin breezed us through. She responded promptly with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!! -

Karen was our Travel Agent for our Honey Moon in 2020 and then again we used her in 2021-2022. Karen listened to everything we wanted and totally nailed it. We had the best Honey Moon and then we went back again in 2022. Would have gone back in 2021 but ya know the Rona goofed that up.
Karen literally took our call any time of day also worked with us on Saturdays which made it convenient for us since we work 9-5 M-F.
She also remembered to send us with things we wouldn't have thought of.... Clips for our chairs so the towel doesn't blow away and straws since our resort only had paper ones.
Upon returning home we received a gift from Karen thanking us for using her services which was so lovely. -

Karin was incredible!! After booking everything, I honestly didn't think about my honeymoon until the week of when i had to start packing. I am typically a crazy planner but Karin put my mind completely at ease. She gave us tips on what to bring and what to expect when we were there. She also even answered the phone when I got to Jamaica and was confused about check in! Karin is so professional and great with communication. She will let you know if she is going to be out of office even just for a day. She has also been to a lot of these places she is helping you plan so she can give you tips from a first hand experience. Karin was great and I highly recommend using her :) -

Amazing agent and amazing experience!
We've used Karin now for two different Sandals vacations - one at the Grande St. Lucian and one at Sandals Grenada. Every time Karin would go above and beyond to make sure the experience was more than we could hope for. She made sure to figure out our preferences and then steered us to what she thought would fit us best and boy did she nail it! Her advice beyond the resort was invaluable too! If you're thinking about taking any kind of vacation, contact Karin - you will not be sorry! -

We just got back from our amazing honeymoon in St. Lucia that Karin sent us on, and it was so perfect! Karin is great to work with. She's flexible, always responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and just plain nice to work with. We were very indecisive about where we wanted to go and she helped us narrow down our options and gave us lots of tips and insider info to help us decide. She pre-booked our tours, provided us with all the info we needed for the vaca and some fun extras. Karin is awesome, definitely use her to book your next vaca! Also, Sandals Grande, St. Lucia- THE BEST PLACE EVER! Like, the most exotic, tropical, in a movie kind of place, that really exists. GO THERE! The resort is large enough but not too big, it is fun- there's lots of activities going on all the time and just so beautiful with a great beach- the best beach on the island. We didnt even visit La Toc or Halcyon. The service at Grande was incredible, like,everyone was nice and happy to help us and asked how we were enjoying ourselves, it was just surprising how nice the staff is there. In our opinion, club level is worth it for the club room and their help with things. Overall the best place we've been and we cant wait to go back!! Thank you Karin Brown Del Valle! -

My Husband and I wanted the perfect 25th Anniversary Vacation, and Karin made that dream come true completely! Karin was so great to work with & took the stress off of planning our honeymoon! While planning all other aspects of a wedding, it was a relief to know she had everything covered! Karin is so thoughtful and even upgraded our flight seats so the new Mr.&Mrs. didn’t waste any time worrying about sitting together! Our honeymoon was perfect and beautiful. She helped plan the whole thing and also let me give my input and research too! Whether you need someone to plan every last detail, or want to do some research yourself, Karin is flexible and has plenty of insider travel tips and knowledge! We also had a small hiccup with an excursion booking, Karin was so easy to reach and solved it immediately with no difficulty. Reassuring to have that back up while traveling! I have used Karin for the past 3 vacations I’ve gone on. My honeymoon to Jamaica was amazing I booked it last minute and I was not disappointed everything was perfect she really knows the ins and outs of what to do and where to go to make it a great time. Took my family on a cruise this past February and she got me the best deals and made my sons 5th birthday present the best we all had a blast. I booked another cruise for this upcoming February and can’t wait to go again Karin really knows what she is doing and will help you with all your questions making it the most enjoyable vacation. -

Weddingmoon
Karin helped us book and plan our wedding/honeymoon at Sandals Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Our experience with Karin was wonderful! She was very informative about the sandals resorts as well as always very responsive when I had many many silly questions that I needed answers to. On our return trip home we ran into some trouble because our connecting flight was cancelled the night before we were supposed to head home. Karin helped us turn a very stressful situation into a more manageable unlucky situation. We were still international so we were kind of stuck, but she was kind enough to book us a hotel for one night once we were back in US and re booked another flight for us to get back home the following day. We would have been lost without her help. She is a fun and genuine person and I will continue to call her prior to booking all of my future vacations. -
