  Excellent Travel Agent

  I would recommend Travel by Del Valle to family, friends, and anyone looking for a travel agent to help plan a vacation. I got married this past July and Karin helped immensely with planning the honeymoon. I found her on Wedding Wire and I am so glad I went with her. She is very personable, kind, and offers honest travel advice. I am an inexperienced traveler and Karin made sure to give me practical tips for traveling out of the country. We went to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and stayed at a Sandals resort. She booked the all-inclusive resort for me and gave me $100 off an excursion by booking with her agency. She also ensured we received the room that we wanted and offered tips for traveling to Jamaica. She recommended getting Club Mobay for the airport - a service that allows quicker boarding through the Montego Bay airport when returning to the US and when coming into the country a Club Mobay associate will meet you at the gate and walk you through the airport and to the shuttle. This was amazing for us because we did not have to worry about anything. She also offered recommendations for items to bring, places to go, and what to try.
  
  Karin was professional and friendly. She helped me plan an incredible honeymoon vacation that my wife and I will remember forever. I will most likely use her again in the future for out of the country travel.

  Karin made planning this trip fun!

She constantly kept me informed and went over and above doing research and she always answered all my questions. She was always available to the family, even while we were on the trip. I tell everyone about her when I talk about the trip. I trust her judgment and will always go to her when planning travel.

  Help make it so seamless and enjoyable

  Working with Karin was the best. For our honeymoon we went to Disney and she helped us plan everything,her suggestions were so helpful and in the end we’re some of the best experiences. We would NOT have had the same experience without her help that’s for sure! I highly recommend using her to help book your travels,you won’t regret the memories you will make!!

  Jamaica trip

  We stayed at a couples only resort in Jamaica. It was so beautiful! Karin helped the process so easy from start to finish. With the extra steps involved traveling international during a pandemic is daunting. However Karin breezed us through. She responded promptly with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend!!

  Best choice for planning our honeymoon

  Planning a wedding is stressful enough so we went with Karin to help with our honeymoon and so happy we did. Especially with all the covid restrictions, we would have missed something and probably missed our honeymoon. Karin helped us narrow down where we wanted to stay based on what was important to us, she made sure we got our flights booked in time, our transfers (highly recommend the vip service at the airport) and kept us organized. She reminded us when to check in, register, etc. and made sure we had all the documents we needed along the way. Karin goes above and beyond and we will always book with her. We spoke with other couples at our resort and their travel agents did not give them any of the assistance ours did. We knew when to book reservations, best times, etc. and the drink floats were a big hit. So thankful we had such a great travel agent and we’re able to relax after our wedding.

She was always willing to meet whether in person or over the phone and always made me feel comfortable. I am typically a crazy planner but Karin put my mind completely at ease. She gave us tips on what to bring and what to expect when we were there. She also even answered the phone when I got to Jamaica and was confused about check in! Karin is so professional and great with communication. She will let you know if she is going to be out of office even just for a day. She has also been to a lot of these places she is helping you plan so she can give you tips from a first hand experience. Karin was great and I highly recommend using her :)

  Karin helped my fiancee and I plan our honeymoon from the inception and stuck with us until we arrived home.
  
  We had no idea where to go at first and wanted to do an all inclusive. Karin was knowledgeable about all locations, resorts and packages and made it easy for us to decide. When on the honeymoon, we felt informed, travel was clearly planned out and it helped make for a stress-free, all-inclusive experience that we desired.
  
  We also had a weather-related delay coming home and had a flight cancelled. Karin was on the case as soon as we contacted her and helped us communicate a resolution with the airline and help us process travel insurance.
  
  We would gladly and wholeheartedly recommend Karin.

  Karen was our Travel Agent for our Honey Moon in 2020 and then again we used her in 2021-2022. Karen listened to everything we wanted and totally nailed it. We had the best Honey Moon and then we went back again in 2022. Would have gone back in 2021 but ya know the Rona goofed that up.
  Karen literally took our call any time of day also worked with us on Saturdays which made it convenient for us since we work 9-5 M-F.
  She also remembered to send us with things we wouldn't have thought of.... Clips for our chairs so the towel doesn't blow away and straws since our resort only had paper ones.
  Upon returning home we received a gift from Karen thanking us for using her services which was so lovely.

  Sandals Resort

  Karin was simply the best to work with .My daughter and her husband celebrated a 10 year anniversary and decided to go to St Lucia . She decided on a Sandlals Resort and Karin is an expert and we would not hesitate to contact her again for our next vacation . Sandals La Toc resort was literally everything we could have asked for and more , we will book another Sandlas vacation because they are a cut above the restf for sure . Thanks again Karin

  Thanks for the AMAZING Honeymoon Karin!!

  We just got back from our amazing honeymoon in St. Lucia that Karin sent us on, and it was so perfect! Karin is great to work with. She's flexible, always responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and just plain nice to work with. We were very indecisive about where we wanted to go and she helped us narrow down our options and gave us lots of tips and insider info to help us decide. She pre-booked our tours, provided us with all the info we needed for the vaca and some fun extras. Karin is awesome, definitely use her to book your next vaca! Also, Sandals Grande, St. Lucia- THE BEST PLACE EVER! Like, the most exotic, tropical, in a movie kind of place, that really exists. GO THERE! The resort is large enough but not too big, it is fun- there's lots of activities going on all the time and just so beautiful with a great beach- the best beach on the island. We didnt even visit La Toc or Halcyon. The service at Grande was incredible, like,everyone was nice and happy to help us and asked how we were enjoying ourselves, it was just surprising how nice the staff is there. In our opinion, club level is worth it for the club room and their help with things. Overall the best place we've been and we cant wait to go back!! Thank you Karin Brown Del Valle!

  Karin was wonderful to work with. We were vey indecisive when it came to a honeymoon destination, and she patiently guided the way. Not only does she know a ton from many years in the business, but she's actually BEEN to so many places so she can provide first hand, detailed information to help find the perfect fit. Laid back and casual, every meeting and conversation was pressure-free and pleasant, and it seemed as though she was alway available. We could not have asked for a better experience planning our flawless trip to Sandals La Toc. Will absolutely be using Karin to plan trips in the future!

  Honeymoon in Aruba

  Karin was so great to work with & took the stress off of planning our honeymoon! While planning all other aspects of a wedding, it was a relief to know she had everything covered! Karin is so thoughtful and even upgraded our flight seats so the new Mr.&Mrs. didn’t waste any time worrying about sitting together! Our honeymoon was perfect and beautiful. She helped plan the whole thing and also let me give my input and research too! Whether you need someone to plan every last detail, or want to do some research yourself, Karin is flexible and has plenty of insider travel tips and knowledge! We also had a small hiccup with an excursion booking, Karin was so easy to reach and solved it immediately with no difficulty. Reassuring to have that back up while traveling! Can’t thank you enough Karin!

  Karen was great to work with for booking our Honeymoon! She helped us decided a location, prep for the trip, and most importantly, relax! We had to do very little "work" thanks to Karen. She gave us all the info we'd need, prepped our paperwork, took care of everything, gave us advice on everything, and so much more. My favorite part was the little things--she gave us a gift of packing cubes which we love, texted us on travel days to make sure all was good, and we came home to a wedding card & gift from her. So thoughtful. Our honeymoon was amazing!!! Yes, it would have been amazing no mater where we went but Sandals Royal Caribbean & Karen made this possible. We stayed in a Honeymoon Grande Luxury Butler Suite with Balcony Tranquility Soaking Tub and WOW!!!!! This room was everything & more. Pictures don't do it justice. We agree that it is the only room we'd ever stay in. Our butlers were Nygy & Hughill. Nygy was good but Hughill was phenomenal. We loved having a butler & agree that we made the right choice having one for our honeymoon. The entertainment was great & the resort was relaxing. We did the couples massage, sunset catamaran cruise, Dunn's River Falls (including zip lining & Bobsledding), snorkeling, glass bottom boat tour, and more. We couldn't imagine not doing one of those things---they completed our trip and created memories for life.

  I have used Karin for the past 3 vacations I’ve gone on. My honeymoon to Jamaica was amazing I booked it last minute and I was not disappointed everything was perfect she really knows the ins and outs of what to do and where to go to make it a great time. Took my family on a cruise this past February and she got me the best deals and made my sons 5th birthday present the best we all had a blast. I booked another cruise for this upcoming February and can’t wait to go again Karin really knows what she is doing and will help you with all your questions making it the most enjoyable vacation.
