Transformed Events exists to provide couples in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas with access to affordable wedding planning and coordination services. We pride ourselves on helping our couples save money while maintaining a uniquely beautiful wedding experience that tells the story of their love.

Transformed Events was born at the tail-end of 2020 amidst the global pandemic, while I was planning my own wedding. Despite having a lifelong love for events and being in the event industry for almost 3 years at that point, I never noticed the deep disparity and lack of professional services for couples trying to save money. It seems like everything and everyone is geared toward getting you to spend as much money as possible. After joining countless Facebook groups, hearing so many complaints about the industry I love, and seeing firsthand the immense stress and pressure so many couples like myself were under to have an amazing wedding without starting off our marriages in debt, I decided it was time to do something about it. And so, I set out on a mission to make professional wedding planning more affordable and enjoyable.

At Transformed Events, we wholeheartedly believe that everyone should be able to have their dream wedding come true, even if it looks a little different. Whatever your budget is, we would love to help you craft and execute the vision of your special day. We value affordability, as well as a personalized style approach. We will never try to force you to build your event around a specific, traditional way. We believe that everyone is unique, and your event should also be.
