I cannot thank the entire team at Trafford Restaurant enough for helping my husband and I celebrate our wedding on June 22, 2013. We loved the décor and the waterfront view from the beginning and we just knew it would be the perfect location to hold an intimate wedding luncheon for about 55 guests. We booked the upstairs room about six months in advance. We didn't sign a contract when we paid the deposit which initially made me nervous, but it all worked out -- I'm sure as they begin to host more functions that may be put into place. Jennifer, the manager, was incredibly responsive and professional. We met with her in-person twice (once to put the initial deposit down and once to go over our final plans) and communicated via e-mail without any problems. We liked all three meal package options (I believe these change seasonally) which we thought were very reasonably priced -- particularly to have entrees that are more creative than your typical "wedding chicken". The staff was very accommodating with some of the minor tweaks we requested to our package. We opted to go simple with the décor because we really like the design of the restaurant as it is. Since we had not attended any party functions at the restaurant or eaten there with any large groups prior to the wedding, I was a little worried about how they would handle the service, but everything ran smoothly and all of the food came out at once. Our guests raved about their meals! We couldn't be happier with how easy it was to work with Trafford, and everything looked and tasted exactly how we wanted.
