Sierra was wonderful! She took care of everything and put out fires throughout the day so we didn’t have to worry about them! Some hiccups from our vendors were handled perfectly and gracefully by Sierra on the wedding night. She set up our tables beautifully. Sierra was great to work with! We hired her for day of coordinator and she helped bring my vision to light! Our ceremony location was a different venue than the reception venue and she was great at getting it all set up and looking amazing! She was in regular contact with me starting a month ahead of our wedding date and was very responsive to any questions I had. She also has several items for rent that were really amazing for the last minute touches! I would highly recommend Sierra!

She is the BEST of the best. I honestly wouldn’t have had my perfect wedding without Sierras help. Starting a month out from the wedding she always made sure to communicate and help me make any decisions that i wasn’t sure on. She is so sweet and has so much patience. She was so quick to reply to my questions and always had the best answers. When my wedding day arrived - the plan was to have the ceremony outside but mother nature wasn’t cooperating.. so that morning I decided to flip the wedding indoors and Sierra handled it like a champ. Her creative eye helped set up the perfect indoor wedding. Her decoration skills were off the chart and made my pinterest board come to life. She made me feel so calm and handled anything that came her way with ease. She communicated with all my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. Sierra stayed all day and night making sure my wedding was running smoothly - and because of her help it did.

The most important qualities I was looking for in a planner was good communication and responsiveness, and Sierra undoubtedly has both! She always responds very quickly and never made me feel like I had a dumb question. As someone who gets easily overwhelmed with decisions, she made this process easier by asking me what I wanted and giving me a manageable number of options. She also organized our planning to bite size pieces so it didn’t feel super overwhelming at any point. I also really appreciated that she would reach out to potential vendors to ask questions and requests quotes on our behalf. After our meetings, Sierra would almost immediately begin to send emails or work on tasks that we requested.

On the day of the wedding, Sierra prioritized our wedding experience for me and my guests. She decorated the whole venue and took care of so many things like renting a cake stand when the one I brought was broken, cutting the cake, taking care of my rental items, and I’m sure many more things that I’m not even aware of.
