Best. Coordinator. Ever!!!

Cindy and her team made the day and the days leading up to the wedding virtually stress-free. Cindy was always available to answer and questions no matter how big or small, and was such a help to take pressure off me as the bride. On the wedding day, if anything went wrong, I most definitely did not know about it!!! She brought my vision to life and perfectly executed it. Even before I hired Cindy, I made a mistake and thought I went through her to book something. I was wrong, but in her reply email she automatically connected me to the vendor and made sure I got a response from them. To all my friends getting married, I recommend Cindy and her team time and time and time again.

Great experience!

Cindy made this such a value add and she was well worth the expense! She was very organized and on top of everything from even the pre planning stage all the way on to our actual wedding day. She made everything so easy. All of our vendors sang her praises in how smooth everything went too. My wedding party especially loved having her because she made sure everyone understood their placement and queues and was there for every second and moment. I highly recommend her!

Couldn’t have done it without Cindy!

Cindy was a literal ANGEL! She took care of everything that we needed, and even took care of stuff behind the scenes that I didn’t know about! She thought of everything before I could even ask and anything I did ask of her, it was already done!! We seriously did not realize how much we needed her and could not imagine the stress we avoided by having her there!! If you are even considering using a coordinator, look no further and book! You won’t regret it!

10/10 Perfect Wedding Coordinator

Cindy was exceptional at helping me with my daughter’s wedding. Her personality and demeanor always made me feel like everything was completely under control and well handled. If I tried to do anything at the wedding, she quickly reminded me that I was to enjoy my daughter and the guests and she would handle it all. And boy did she! She did not miss a beat and far exceeded my expectations. I knew everything was going to be well organized and perfectly executed. Cindy’s personality was very professional and mature. She was fantastic at running the rehearsal, day of coordination, and all of the administration. I highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.

Absolutely Amazing from Start to Finish!!

Cindy was absolutely fabulous! From the moment we started working together, she was professional, organized, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. She made sure every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our special day.
She anticipated needs before we even knew we had them, kept everything on schedule, and handled any little hiccups behind the scenes so we never had to worry.
Her calm presence, positive attitude, and attention to detail made such a huge difference.
We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day smooth, stress-free, and absolutely unforgettable. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, we cannot recommend her highly enough! Five stars all the way!

Seriously the BEST!

From the very beginning Cindy was present & responsive. We were able to message her at any time, with quick response times. When wedding day arrived… Cindy took charge and made sure we enjoyed every moment. Just hours before the wedding we didn’t have dessert. No need to worry. Cindy was on the phone with the vendor smoothing it all out. Cindy is 5 stars & professional. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator.

Best coordinator ever!!❤️

Cindy was fantastic! She took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about keeping up with our timeline, because when she needed me she would come get me then take me back to where I was. The wedding went nice and smooth. It was a pleasure to get to enjoy the wedding with no worries.
