Best. Coordinator. Ever!!!

Cindy and her team made the day and the days leading up to the wedding virtually stress-free. Cindy was always available to answer and questions no matter how big or small, and was such a help to take pressure off me as the bride. On the wedding day, if anything went wrong, I most definitely did not know about it!!! She brought my vision to life and perfectly executed it. Even before I hired Cindy, I made a mistake and thought I went through her to book something. I was wrong, but in her reply email she automatically connected me to the vendor and made sure I got a response from them. To all my friends getting married, I recommend Cindy and her team time and time and time again.

Absolutely Amazing from Start to Finish!!

Cindy was absolutely fabulous! From the moment we started working together, she was professional, organized, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. She made sure every detail was handled seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our special day.
She anticipated needs before we even knew we had them, kept everything on schedule, and handled any little hiccups behind the scenes so we never had to worry.
Her calm presence, positive attitude, and attention to detail made such a huge difference.
We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day smooth, stress-free, and absolutely unforgettable. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, we cannot recommend her highly enough! Five stars all the way!

Seriously the BEST!

From the very beginning Cindy was present & responsive. We were able to message her at any time, with quick response times. When wedding day arrived… Cindy took charge and made sure we enjoyed every moment. Just hours before the wedding we didn’t have dessert. No need to worry. Cindy was on the phone with the vendor smoothing it all out. Cindy is 5 stars & professional. I highly recommend her as your wedding coordinator.

Best coordinator ever!!❤️

Cindy was fantastic! She took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about keeping up with our timeline, because when she needed me she would come get me then take me back to where I was. The wedding went nice and smooth. It was a pleasure to get to enjoy the wedding with no worries.

The Springs Wedding Experience


We had a great experience at The Springs in Edmond from start to finish. The venue was stunning, and every detail thoughtfully arranged and beautifully maintained. Our coordinator Cindy was exceptional and she was very attentive, and always ready to help. She made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable. Pure Perfection!! Every couple needs Cindy on their wedding day!!

Cindy is a master at execution and logistics. Working with her was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Not only did Cindy help us organize our thoughts, she built the perfect timeline and anticipated every detail before we had even thought of it. On our wedding day, she was our rock and the glue of the day. She kept the entire day perfectly on schedule, managed all of our vendors effortlessly, and handled all of the behind the scenes details so we did not have a single worry throughout the day. Because of her, we were able to be present and enjoy every second of our day know it was all taken care of. We cannot thank her enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!!
